[Updated at 10:14 a.m. ET] O'Mara, while questioning state attorney's investigator Dale Gilbreath, has taken issue with the word "profiled" in the probable cause affidavit supporting the second-degree murder charge.

The affidavit, which Gilbreath had signed, says that Zimmerman profiled Martin. O'Mara asked why the affidavit says profiled, rather than "noticed" or "saw." Gilbreath said he couldn't remember who wrote the word, saying it was a collaborative document.

gosh I wished that investigator would be more agressive and put the attorney in his place...
those questions are ridiculous....we all know where the statements on the probable cause avidavit come from ....straight from Zimmerman...

I do believe that in THIS case the term profiling means..that george looked at a person and that person FIT the description of those bad hoodlums who had been commiting breakins etc..He also went on in that call to describe a person who appeared to be on something and does not appear like he belongs in that community..

And it was that profiling done by George that set in his mind he was going to follow and stop this guy from getting away...TM did not get away..he got shot!!:maddening:

Mindset of george is going to play a big part in finding answers to why he did what he did!!

Evidence that relates tot the facts of this case..not evidence in first two parapgraphs..

why are you saying profiled? Collaborative document...(I'm saying, 911 call tells me so,..)

Indicate Z saw M formed an idea in his head, called the SPD with no facts..Z felt M didn't belong in the community...

Non emergency dispatch...TM acting suspicious..does his statements give any insights to that...when talking to the dispatcher he gave that suggestion...911 tape heard...non emergecny tape heard..

Z made reference to people he made he thought was getting away with things in the neighborhood..it's included in that statement..how many calls existed with GZ comm with LE...this evening? Yes One...

Two quotes that suggest my client was using expletives...as far as I recall those were the quotes...why just these two and not the others..can you give us insight into that...that is my signature..I don't know who'd decision to just use those two in quotes..those quotes are not untrue

Marint on the phone with a friend...she was interviewed..how long after the event was this witness spoken to --5 weeks..have you had a chance to review the statement of this witness...she has not spoken to anyone..why it took 5 weeks...IDK I ws not involved in that..

Osteen and you reviewed the affidavit..did you review HER sworn statement..M attempted to run who was followed by Z...that paragrph comes from Osteens interview with the witness...

Look at it again..followed by z didn't want the person who he thought ws committing a crime get away...what I want you to do how did that fact get into this aff...adding to what she had said, Z said he didn't what HIM to get away cause they always get away...Isn't that discrimination?? THis is not everyone sitting in one room...disregarded the dispatcher and pursured..he came from there assuming he's going back there..how do you know by the positions of the body..he did disconnect with dispatch...

Z continue to follow M to his home...he can be heard walking, running...stayed on the phone with dispatch.

z confronted M...where did you get that from...two of them wound up together on that dog path..witnesses claimed they heard the arguments...confronted. waht evidence to support confronted...

So, if one's son is in the middle of a racially charged, civil rights marches, etc. case and being charged for profiling, one should not bring forth the fact they do not feel their son is a racist?
One should not give examples of their son working with AA children?

I would disagree with that.
I would make sure that fact came out in defense of my son.

George has a history of "disregarding" official instructions, orders, and directives.
His ex GF, said she asked him to leave and he would not.
LE, ABT, asked him to leave and he did not
A Non-emergency dispatcher told him not to follow Trayvon. He did
A Mentor program disbanded but he took it upon him self to continue in an unauthorized role as "mentor."

He has a long history of taking matters into his own hands.

He needs to say, it came out of GZ's mouth on that non emergency tape...it's clear his intent...say it loud....I don't think they were prepared for this...I've never seen this at a bond hearing????

Mentioning TM's gf's name, I don't have words how to describe how terrible that is.

I believe in the work of defense attorneys, they are part of our system of justice. But, MOM just sank about as low as he could go, IMO, for doing this. He's a big boy. He knows better.
