What is with all the questions about what GZ said to the dispatcher? It's on the tape! Is the defense trying to say GZ didn't say these things?

He just testified that he was shot in the chest.

And that shot was a "Hollow Point Bullet"..Massive damages Center Mass!! Instant death!!

George has a history of "disregarding" official instructions, orders, and directives.
His ex GF, said she asked him to leave and he would not.
LE, ABT, asked him to leave and he did not
A Non-emergency dispatcher told him not to follow Trayvon. He did
A Mentor program disbanded but he took it upon him self to continue in an unauthorized role as "mentor."

He has a long history of taking matters into his own hands.

He has a history of civic-mindedness and trying to help and protect people.

Mentioning TM's gf's name, I don't have words how to describe how terrible that is.

I believe in the work of defense attorneys, they are part of our system of justice. But, MOM just sank about as low as he could go, IMO, for doing this. He's a big boy. He knows better.

yes she is a minor ! that was so messed up...

It was a slip.
Sure he knows better. That's why I believe 100% that he did not mean to do it.
Everyone on this Earth slips sometimes.
He's human. It happens.

I wouldn't think so. My mother was a from Cuba and her accent fluctuated. It just depended on what she was saying in terms of sounds of vowels in words.

Also, varying levels of stress or excitement cause folks to revert to thicker accents; my British stepdad's cockney accent would become dramatically more pronounced when he was upset/ranty about something, or conversely, excited and spontaneously surprised, even after being in the states for well over 30 years.

gosh I wished that investigator would be more agressive and put the attorney in his place...
those questions are ridiculous....we all know where the statements on the probable cause avidavit come from ....straight from Zimmerman...

He can't do that and is IMO doing a pretty good job of controlling himself, because he seems to know a LOT of other evidence that he and the SA do not want to come out yet in this hearing. He is keeping to the minimum in order to protect the multitude of other evidence that they surely have by now.

One witness described "one person chasing another." Not good for GZ.

Oh please, O'Mara knew exactly what he was doing when he said the girlfriend's name. That's disgusting.

What would be the purpose?

But at what cost?

At great cost to people who attack him imo. After seeing the new photo of his head injury there is just no denying that he was attacked and was defending himself imo.

That's a pretty serious slip for seasoned defense attorney to make, especially involving a minor. He should be sanctioned. :maddening:

Why would MOM say the gf name? It would serve no purpose. Based on his professionalism so far I give him the benefit of the doubt. If it were some other Orlando attorneys I would not. Not talking about RH

It sure looks that way. IMO
