b) I don't think the judge meant Crump when speaking of witnesses getting too much face time. I think he probably meant FT, or possibly Mary K.

When the judge said that I immediately thought of Mary. Although FT is spending a lot of time on TV he isn't claiming to be a witness.

About the doc dump. We won't get it until MOM does, right and MOM said today he hasn't gotten anything from the state yet. I remember discussion about the time limits on when the state has to turn over evidence. Could someone refresh my memory on when that is?

Well, if the image that concerned poppa posted is a capture of George standing up against a police car with a white shirt on, I don't see it. I don't see diddly, actually. Really impossible to make out much of anything.

Nor, by the way did I ever hear any of the 'so called' slurs on the audio tape.

I think that if this case goes to trial, what you just said is crucial. That's why I believe this case will be decided during jury selection. If Mark O'Mara can bounce all of the prospective jurors who feel the way you do, he wins this case. JMO.

Well that is kind of strange because I'm not leaning towards GZ winning his case. I'm thinking more on the lines that TM wanted to go home, the game was coming on and GZ wanted him to wait for LE and when TM tried leave, which he had every right to do, GZ tried to stop him and now TM felt his life was in danger. GZ has a history and friends have stated when GZ wanted something he would go after it and get it. He knew he had no chance to ever get on the police force and yet he continued to try, he was never going to give up. It's not a stretch to see GZ trying to keep TM from returning home because GZ would look like a fool when LE showed up and TM was only walking home. He had called a car out for nothing. A lot of unanswered questions that just do not make sense on GZ's part. jmo

The shape of that man's face does not resemble GZ's IMO.

I think JVM either got wrong info or the show just used this video as filler.

I hope she has to admit her "mistake" like the rest of the media has had to when they made "mistakes".

I am trying to find transcripts from today's hearing because I remember when the judge & both attorneys were talking about the discovery documents (at the time the judge said he wouldn't tell the attorneys how to try their case) that de la Rionda said that O'Mara had asked them to wait on turning it over until they got it straightened out about witnesses names being released. Since I haven't been able to find transcripts yet, I'll put jmo, imo, etc.

You are absolutely right mercuroid. It was agreed upon by both the prosecution and the defense, and yes, the judge did say that he would not be telling the attorneys how to try their case.

You are absolutely correct in saying that a severe head injury can cause death. IMO, GZ didn't have anything close to a severe head injury and according to Gilbreath, his story of getting his head smashed over and over on the sidewalk in inconsistent with the evidence they found.

The only fact that either one of us can clearly agree on, is that we don't know how he got those scratches on his head. They could be there for any number of reasons.

I totally agree with you. It does not appear that Zimmerman had a severe head injury. My point was, he could have suffered a severe head injury had the pounding continued. IMO

Well, I am not at all sure I am seeing a human being, but if I am, he looks like he might have a hoodie on. And, how can someone tell if he is handcuffed. Maybe the further footage shows that. I dunno. I can't get all worked up about this.

Since I've joined ws, I have become aware of how frequently media embellishes or doesn't factcheck before reporting. It is very frightening.
I wonder if we could start a media, no discussion, thread in the basement where we could post links to msm reports that are inaccurate. (reports having to do with topics on the forums). It would be interesting to track. Is national media more inaccurate then local? Is one network more reliable? Etc

But where is he going to go? He has all of the US to flee per the judge and his probation conditions. 200K isn't do you any good in Europe since the dollar is worth .50 cents. If he fled, the FBI would shut down his donation account and would catch up with him quickly. JMHO.
