I read and heard that report and I did not hear racial slurs.
the only thing that makes him sound frustrated or angry was
some remark to "They always get away" but no racial anything at all.
NOBODY can point to a racial word, they do surmise that he must have said one.

Do you think that someone who is biracial himself throw out racial slurs?
I know it happens but I did not hear any.
Apparently edited out, some posters here heard the original version, where he called blacks "coons", which is highly offensive.

You mean just like Trayvon's suspensions, and the violent comments he makes on this twitter & fackebook accounts?

Let's compare that with Sierra Lamar. Have you seen her twitter account? She is a victim of a crime of some sort. She is missing. She seems like a sweet kid. But young people in certain areas and certain demographics talk this way, trying to be cool or sound tough.

There is no evidence that has surfaced that Trayvon was a violent kid. His friends and family say the opposite, that he was quiet and not a fighter. Eg.: http://www.wftv.com/videos/news/interview-with-trayvon-martins-friend/vGb7p/

This is contrary to what a police officer, an ex-girlfriend and some neighbors say about Zimmerman. Eg.:
Zimmerman, who patrolled the Retreat at Twin Lakes development in his own car, had been called aggressive in earlier complaints to the local police and the homeowner's association, according to a homeowner who spoke on the condition of anonymity. At an emergency homeowner’s association meeting on March 1, “one man was escorted out because he openly expressed his frustration because he had previously contacted the Sanford Police Department about Zimmerman approaching him and even coming to his home,” the resident wrote in an email to HuffPost. “It was also made known that there had been several complaints about George Zimmerman and his tactics" in his neighborhood watch captain role.

To me, it's logical who was the aggressor here and who was not. I think it was the 250 pound man with a loaded 9 mm stalking an admittedly scared, 140 pound teenager.

I think that Zimmerman's obsessive need to be accepted and recognized by cops went much further than patroling neighborhoods. I would not be surprised if Zimmerman was not a fixure a lot of events held by Sanford Police. They're always doing softball/baseball/football/basketball tournaments down here where I live. Any local bars police hang out at on their days off, I could see Zimmerman being right in the mix.

I honestly do not think he is a stable man. That is only my opinion, but I think there is something seriously wrong with him. Maybe not the point of a mental illness, but when I think of Zimmerman, I think of Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver.

Hey maybe gz has a munchausen type syndrome where he creates these things toget attention. Just thinkinghere. Anythings possible. Wasnt it said that they didnt even have a NWP at that place before gz arrived?? or am i incorrect with my memory on that. Soooo many links and articles. Agghh!

No bashing how about fair play???
If TMs past has no relevance.
GZ past has no relevance either.

But IMO character reference lend a view of the people at hand,
Especial since one cant talk.

GZ's relevance is that he used his gun with deadly force and we have the recording with the police dispatcher that shows GZ with a negative attitude and certainly not a positive one. We have no proof what TM did, what his attitude was, nor is there anything recorded that would indicate he was looking for a fight. jmo

Some days......teh just shakes her head in amazement and thinks "OY". Then I eat a candy bar and it's better.

There have been people digging on Tray since day one. They haven't found the "gangsta" kid they were looking for so I doubt they will at this point.

But just as we did not find GZ squeaky clean
We did not find TM squeaky clean either.

One of the newly released pictures...I must admit...I've never seen a "🤬🤬🤬🤬" with a Reese's shirt on riding a horse...I don't get out much though!

Here -

this one is very very recent. It was his mom's birthday - they all went horseback riding.

He was such a nice looking young man...............

BBM

Why didn't GZ just go home and leave it to LE? Same logic applies to both.

One of the many scenarios I've considered and scrutinized for plausibility is that he was "following" TM to keep an eye on him and see where was going so he could tell the cops the direction TM was heading. He could say that he never intended to confront TM. Unfortunately, IMO, this scenario (based on the scant evidence we have) is plausible. I'm not saying it's the truth, but it does provide a reasonable explanation for GZ leaving his car.

IIRC, GZ never mentions wanting to "catch" TM or wanting to harm the suspect. IMO, there is no intent to harm TM evident in the transcripts that have, so far, been released to the public.

nope. SPD went and asked Trayvon's dad for permission to get the phone records. Dad asked them about the physical phone and they said they didn't have it - they thought dad had it - SPD has never given it to dad and it is not listed as evidence seized on the police report - only evidence listed is the gun.

It has been a very unclear subject as to where this phone is now - physically.

However, in a screen shot of the phone record it shows a 911 call made at 12:45 PM on 3/2 and then two incoming calls on 3/2 # 12:47 and 12:49 - that incoming number is SPD's main line number.

Here's the link to see the screen shot:

What if gz had the phone the whole time?? Geez is that even possible?? where is the phone? allimo and speculation.

And you, me, BO, LE, etc. do not want to see any riots break out. Sending a respectful message to the masses to "cool your jets" regardless of how you view this case is a responsible response to this situation. jmo
I agree. Although I agree with Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and the Panthers (new or old) that this case is all about racism, I don't advocate for a bounty on anyone's head. More violence is not the answer. Real justice is having George Zimmerman arrested and facing trial for the murder of Trayvon Martin.

He told the dispatcher that "they always got away"- meaning the black burglars and he refused to disengage pursuit, when told to do so by the dispatcher. Those actions show intent to me!

I totally agree with you. If TM had been white GZ wouldn't have even looked his way!!

And it's GZ's "friends" who keep driving home that point. Taafe says it just about every time he speaks on behalf of his "friend".

Not buying any of this blame it on the media or JJ or AS or even Obama, nope, it's those closest to GZ and GZ's own words. I loved it when Oliver tried to say that goon or coon could have been said as a term of endearment. :floorlaugh:

Like someone said to Oliver on one of the shows, you're insulting our intelligence.

Or as I like to say, Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining,

JMHO

Some are stating AS FACT that TM attacked GZ, though I have yet to see any evidence supporting this. JMO.

What about the eyewitness that called 911 and the report by LE documenting GZ's injuries ?

I heard the original and clearly heard 'goons' and he wasn't talking about 'blacks' be was talking about whoever was breaking into the units. He did not reference 'blacks'.

Yes, he was very handsome.

Gone too soon.

I hope we get answers before we all start chewing on each other's legs.

Can I go and find some "extreme white power" blog and start posting that? I mean we have this other "extreme" site being used. If we want sickening I promise we can find it on both sides.

And Yes, I know I can't I'm just making a point.

My point is this one website is sure posting alot of "gas" to throw on the fire. I don't think I want to get my news off of a site where you can order gun gear from the main header.

We don't know if he used deadly force or not........ Let's wait until the investigation gets wrapped up.

Why people are ready to hang GZ because he supposedly is a racist Vigilante who wanted to kill a black kid just for no reason is...... :banghead:

But just as we did not find GZ squeaky clean
We did not find TM squeaky clean either.
Doesn't matter, because TM committed no crime when he was killed. He was the victim, so we shouldn't be sleuthing his past!

How do you know he meant black burlars. He could have meant burglars in general.

No way you can know what he meant.

Actualy we do not have much of anything
accept a messed up police department.

Since a licensed gun is legal that does not make him a criminal.
I do not like guns, or the new self defense law both are appaluling to me.

I do not like guns, or the new self defense law both are appalling to me.

GZ’s negative attitude is your assessment. I am not getting that at all.
I am getting an overzealous watchman.
I agree that TM was not looking for a fight, but he did come toward GZ’s car to size him up.
That is confrontational at best. WOULD YOU do that?
I would be going in the opposite direction of that car as fast as I can.
