But he wasn't!!! It's just now coming out that Travyon was the one with the broken nose, NOT George, and there are no scrapes whatsoever on Trayvon's knuckles. I believe George is in CYA mode to cover up his actions, which were of a racist vigilante determined to take down a black!!!

He's wearing a red jacket. Maybe it was zipped up at the time of the confrontation? You certainly couldn't see blood on the red jacket in that fairly grainy video.

The video I watched was not grainy. If GZ's jacket had blood on it there would be a discoloration where the blood was, it would appear darker, there is no evidence that there was ever blood on his shirt or his jacket. There is no discoloration on the shirt or jacket. Blood dries dark, not the same color as fresh blood.

Some people do experience hair loss at an earlier age. Looking at the picture, is what that dark spot reminds me of. Could be the computer I'm on at the moment too.

I don't think GZ has said he was being beaten so badly that his only choice to save his life was to shoot. I think he said he feared for his life.

I'm just going to ask this, honestly. if you had a gun and someone you didn't know was on top of you, how long would you wait to use it? I'm not trying to pick a fight, I'm just asking you to imagine yourself in GZ's position, with some documented (maybe minimal injuries to his face and head) on his back on the ground with Trayvon on top of you, how long would you wait to fire?

If I feared for my life and someone was beating the tar out of me, not long.

This is a video of a video. That they couldn't even put the camera on a tripod to minimize shaking and distortion is bizarre.

There is not anywhere near the amount of blood anywhere on him that I have reason to think would be on him on his face, on his shirt on his neck and other places that would be consistant with a struggle for his life and a close contact gunshot would directly to the mid chest. IMO JMHO and stuff.

I have seen people have more blood on them from a hangnail.

Ok. I understand that. I was replying to a post that said there was no blood.

We know there was blood at the scene. How much? We don't know.

But we know there WAS blood.

Of course there was blood. Trayvon had been shot dead.

I wouldn't have gotten out of my car and followed someone acting suspicious? There would have never been a reason for me to be attacked.

Picture a world where no one EVER investigates suspicious people, or takes it upon themselves to stop what appears to be a crime, except authorized authorities?

Well, right now I'm thinking of the JetBlue customers who took down the pilot. Thank God for citizens who are willing to step up and help out.

Have you ever been in a big box store and watched people who are OBVIOUSLY stealing walk through the exits, beepers flaring, but there are no "authorized" security personnel there to detain them, so the public and the staff at the store watch while the merchandise is walking out the door, unchecked? Makes me nuts.

I don't understand why we as a community are so willing to blame GZ for following what he believed was a suspicious person while he allowed LE to come and not know where he had gone. We've a bit gone round the bend here with letting only "authorities" be charged with protecting us.

When seconds matter, it takes minutes for the cops to get there.

The autopsy report have not been released yet. We don't know that for a fact.

If TM was shot in the chest and the exit wound was on the back would you expect to see a lot of blood coming from his back if he were lying face down? Could the blood on GZ have been from TM?
