With most services, you have to know the current password to prevent just this. ;)
You just go on another computer and try logging into the account and chose the forgot password and it will send a new password to the account you are logged into wouldn't it?

Right. You would have to type in your current password before it would let you change it. Or answer security questions.

And jumping off your thought, what really bothers me about the newly released video of GZ at the station is the lack of swelling, redness or bandaging on his face (nose). If someone had a broken nose (as has been reported of GZ that night) and GZ was treated at the scene by EMTs for his alleged injuries, where is the bandaging, anything showing a "fight for his life" as GZ's father has described?

I am struck by the difference between what this video depicts and the photo of Justin DiPitreo in the Ayla Reynolds case. Mr. D was allegedly involved in a fight sometime the night Ayla went missing. Photos of him in the press show an obviously swollen red and possibly broken nose.

I just don't see any evidence of a broken or even injured nose in this video, nor do I see any sign of the reported scuffle/assault/whatever TM supposedly did to trigger being shot.

So we are to believe that EMTs treated Zimmerman, but overlooked the fact that he needed stitches? They missed a broken nose? Not only are the police troublesome, the EMTs are incompetent as well? I think not...

:moo::twocents:

ETA: I too jumped off your thought :)

GZ's father pretty much called Tray's girlfriend a liar by her saying her and Trayvon were on the phone, but I thought the phone records support it.

Maybe his father doesn't know there are phone records?

I once got hit by a horse and carriage, in NYC. I was on a bike.
When I got off the pavement I seemed to be OK just a bit soar.
But the next morning I could not move,I was black, blue, and purple
all over everywhere: from ankle to hip, my arms, my back you name it.

Since his father's name is Ron Zimmerman, seems like his last name is likely Zimmerman.

I'm sure that's true. I thought that hispanic people use both parents last names. That's probably where I got the Guitierrez.

That is not a reply to my post.

but I will reply to yours.
NO LE did not expect to see him at the mailboxes,
his following sentence was have them call me when they get here.

So why did he want LE to call him on his phone? Why not just stay with your car at the mailboxes? Sounds to me that GZ was expecting to be on the move.

Sure. If they knew the answers to the security questions he set up. Facebook won't even let you log in from another computer if IPs are weird (as they would be going through a proxy) and you can't answer personal questions. Legally, PD would need to subpoena Google/Facebook/Whoever if they wanted to see what was present beyond what they have.

I think it's silly to suggest that the police are going through all of this, risking being revealed with each and every external step they take, for what gain? It's not going to make their investigation go away, it's not going to change anything that was done. They're releasing seemingly incriminating evidence against Zimmerman. I'm not sure that there's any motive for doing any of this, especially with the DOJ right over their shoulders.

The law is, you don't have to wait until you're seriously harmed to shoot. You just have to believe it's likely to happen.

And I think this case certainly meets that standard. And I guess we'll have to wait for testing to be complete, but I don't think it was Trayvon doing the screaming.

please tell me why GZ would be screaming since he had the LOADED GUN?

Very common. I was an insurance adjuster for years.

Most injuries to soft tissue will not cause pain until the next day.

That's why when people are rear-ended and complain of neck pain, it makes you wonder.

Normally you feel fine. Maybe a little stunned or dizzy, but the soreness and bruising often takes hours.

Now, that's my opinion from working with auto claims. Not sure about fist fight injuries.

George Zimmerman was "cleaned up" at the scene? I find that hard to believe...unless of course, you mean Trayvon's blood was wiped off of his head.

This also leads me to believe that the cop who looked at Zimmerman's head in the video could see that it was not serious at all. His nose was probably not broken. I'm gonna guess the EMTs checked him out, felt that he was not seriously injured and turned him over to police after giving him a bandaid for his booboos...IMO JMO

With potential head trauma, sometimes there are no obvious injuries at all. They can't just look at the back of his head and decide that he is fine. So I am surprised by this, if true,-if Zimmerman was requesting medical attention, the cops should have taken him to get such attention.

That twitter screen shot (@NO_LIMIT_N9089) says it's updated from Android...I thought Trayvon has an iPhone?

I am also confused about the EMT/lack of ER visit for GZ that night. Innitial reports have EMT treating his injuries at the scene with GZ declining to go to hospital for treatment. Now I am seeing reports that suggest GZ was asking to go to the hospital for his alleged injuries but was denied.

Wonder which is true if either.

But for the fact that his story was already "unconvincing" or "unbelievable" and the EMTs had already checked him out, I'd agree...

I run firefox with an ad blocker and every time I click on a LA times story my browser crashes. It is the only site that does that. Weird.

How much did he give them?

Undisclosed. They are happy and want everyone to leave him alone now. :what:

His father is very knowledgeable, he knows a lot, he was a judge.
the records prove there was a call, the records never prove
what was said on that call. And since she was not immediately interviewed,
you can consider several things:
- She is telling it like it is
- She has embellished the story – after all this was her BF
- She has been told by someone what to say.
