Padilla said that Chelsea, Timmy's wife, told him (?) that Misty claims to have seen Cousin Joe in the back doorway holding Haleigh. At least with him involved everyone gets a little more information, but many of his theories in Caylee's case were highly exaggerated in the direction away from Casey. Hopefully in this one he will strictly stay with what is told him.

The video of Misty and her dad had some very interesting info in it. I wonder when it was recorded? When the dad asked her if she thought Roanld was going to spend a long time in jail, she said yes. Then he said, I mean for...........never mind. I may be dreaming, but I felt like it was on the tip of his tongue to say, "for Haleigh's death." I felt that he was trying to figure out if Ronald would spend much time in jail since it was an accidental death. I think what happened that night is exactly as we suspected, and Misty has already told her attorney, and he has told her parents. All of them, mom, dad and Misty were giddy and talking about her getting out of jail. Maybe I took it wrong. Did anybody else see it this way? I guess we will find out in the near future.

LP said that according to CheC it depends on what Jo may have done or participated in. hmmm. I'm watching the 2nd airing but I think I would like to read this transcript for clarity. I hope Kimster you can leave this thread open until the transcript comes out for further discussion considering this "new" scenario. If you can't I understand.

That would also explain RC being worried about what is going on, what MC is saying, and so forth that his lawyer talked about on the show tonight. MOO

I have a hard time telling if it is a edit or they are pausing and not finishing a sentence because they can't because they know it is taped. But I feel like HC is pausing and wanting to say something but he can't.

I agree with you. Another point I thought about was the fact that LP has been talking about bailing Misty out for about a month, and all of a sudden Misty's lawyer sends him a letter telling him Misty wants nothing to do this. We know she wants out of jail, so she must have a plan B.

This is very interesting to me, I almost droppped my cofee I just wish I could figure this all out.. In all honesty I want to think surely this man had nothing to do with this:truce:, however his actions speak the complete oppsite:banghead::furious:.

IMHO..If indeed it is true cousin Jo was there and took Haleigh out the door, you can bet your bottom dollar it was after the fact and Ronald Cummings knew all about it..
Ronald has emphatically denied cousin Jo was ever there that afternoon/evening..He has also denied there was ever a fight over a gun...
At this time I maintan my stance...Haleigh got caught up in an altercation between Ron C and Misty or Ron C and someone else (perhaps cousin Jo) and I suspect a gun was/is somehow involved... JMO

Hopefully soon the truth will be revealed...

That's a possibility, but it's hard for me to imagine her lawyer telling her parents anything about this case, unless they were sitting & confering together. Misty's 18 years old, so he owes them nothing, & he seems like the type that would play it strictly by the book-in other words, they'd find out along with everybody else. Do you think it's possible that the cops said something to the Croslins? Also, this video may have been recorded before Misty obviously had 2nd thoughts, & the cease & desist letter went out.

That's the thing. When was this recorded? And even if Misty told him to tell her parents everything, it would be dumb on his part to do that. I can't imagine them not telling someone, or at the least letting it out by accident. The only other way they would know is if Misty told them earlier.

Poor Shoemaker - guess he forgot about a few months back how the grannies were calling for another agency to take over this case because LE wasn't telling them anything. Seems to me when Ron was not in jail, he couldn't even agree to sit down with LE to talk about phone calls until August. Either Ron is totally bs'ing Shoemaker or Shoemaker is trying really hard to bs us.

Plan B: Play by the book and turn state's evidence against RC. That's how it looks at the moment, anyway. Who knows. At least he got through to her that dealing with LP would be a big mistake, and I'm grateful that he did. That arrangement posed many potential problems in prosecuting a case down the road.
