I don't mean to be a pill and I don't mean to be picking on you, but it is important that this be cleared up before rumors start springing up.
I do not see anything to support this statement. It is a very BIG statement if true and if you have a document that I have not seen, please post it as soon as possible.

It is a frequently repeated mistake. George is not on Epass on June 16th, he is on July 16th. The pages are out of order in the scan that was released to the public. But if you look at the dates it is July not June.

IMO just because the ping records hit for the area where the house is located does not mean for a fact that she was at the house. She could be anywhere within the three towers - around the corner, 5 blocks away etc

Thank you for posting that, I don't remember noticing that call on the 16th from the house to her cell. That could make things a little different.

Good point and I agree. I also think George as well as Cindy knew when they picked up that car and smelled the trunk what had happened to their GD, so anything said to LE was done to help cover for their daughter. I would not trust a word Geroge or Cindy stated in their interviews. I think they are both guilty of tampering with evidence and covering this crime for Casey

The minute I heard GA's story about the 16th, I thought he was lying. It was the way he said it, his expression and the fact that he tried to say he was watching the "news", then got corrected by CA "it was BEFORE you went to work", and it became a cooking show. Exactly at 12:50pm.

I also remember CA saying she tucked Caylee in, so "at least, I know where she was that night" as if she wasn't sure about KC. Then she said she tucked them both in, so maybe KC was in bed with Caylee, getting her to go to sleep. But the 7am phone call from the house to KC's phone tells me someone was looking for KC and it wasn't KC looking for her phone - she was on it until about 3:00am. GA said he gets up about 8am, CA is already at work by then. So, CA called KC, IMHO - probably trying to find her to get her to come home from where ever.

No mention of Caylee waking, wet pull-ups, breakfast, cartoons, playing, lunch, interaction with Grandpa, running around the house - nothing. Until 12:50pm. And it was a normal day. Right. If anything, I think GA saw them leaving at 12:50am, while watching local news recaps after work. But, to CA the 16th is the 16th so a few hours difference is no big deal. A little lie. GA almost told the truth, but CA stopped him.

No mention by CA that KC's car was in the driveway or parked in the street. Yet.

This is exactly what I see happening. I've never believed GA, from the moment of the GVS interview in the home where the prompting by CA happened. Many other things also leave me to believe all talk by GA about the 16th of June is plain ole' hinky. JMO.

I'm guessing the last time anyone saw Caylee alive was the night of the 15th. I do not think that GA saw Caylee on the 16th at all, and CA admits that none of Caylee's clothes/toys/etc. were taken.

My main reason for thinking this is because it's being reported that one of the clothing items with the body is a pair of white shorts, which is what she was wearing on the 15th. (Although it's possible that KC didn't change her clothes.)

You might want to read the cell ping threads or look at the calendar. I've gone over the phone records a lot and find KC was not away from the home until late in the afternoon on the 16th.

Her brother lives close enough she would have pinged the same towers if she was at his house sleeping or even parked in his driveway.

We cannot...and seeing as how we do know there have been some serious mis-truths, (some of us call these LIES), then everything becomes suspect and nothing can just be taken at face value any longer.

If she was in the same clothes she had on at the nursing home then that is going to put a shadow on the whole "I tucked Caylee in that night" story and the "This is what they were wearing when they left in the afternoon" story. I know they told us the color of the shorts right down to what must be a very narrow pinstripe if they are the ones from the video, and yet, told us nothing of the color of the TOP...only told us there was one...and they did not tell us what the letters were that they found in the bag-the iron on letters-only that there were iron-on letters...but this monkey backpack just keeps popping into my mind, especially in light of Casey's alleged comment "They haven't even found her clothes yet"...were there more clothes of Caylee's in THAT backpack that were placed somewhere else?

He is out of town a lot with work, could it be that Casey would hang out there when Lee was not home? I thought that maybe Ca remembered putting the ladder up on the 15th of June and was pissed because she didn't know how the ladder was placed back near the pool on the 16th, IMO. Maybe KC IS holding something over her parents head. The Pool Ladder. If KC admitted anything about the event that killed Caylee I think she would try to blame her family. Remember the phone conversation when KC first went to jail-"IT'S NOT MY FAULT!" CA then said "WHAT DO YOU MEAN, NOT YOUR FAULT? YOU'RE BLAMING ME THAT YOU YOU'RE SITTING IN JAIL" (something like that) IMO I can hear KC saying something like "It's your fault Caylee is dead, you are the one that left the pool ladder out and she drowned". KC may have not told CA this, but she may have expressed this to LA. Just another lie.

A quick summary for this thread regarding the dates...6/9 & 6/15. As detailed in the linked post above, the events prior to, on, and following these two dates were VERY, VERY similar, with the obvious exception of Caylee's death 6/16...which was only known to Casey at the time.

IMHO, the account George has given of Casey & Caylee leaving the house describes his memory of 6/9. I'm sure it was very similar to what he observed 6/15...only, on 6/15 it was a little earlier than 12:50PM.

I don't think Casey had anything especially brilliant in mind by using 6/9. I think she just went w/ Cindy's date. Her own memory didn't cause a fuss because the events of the two days were so similar. That Casey eventually used "31 days" demonstrates that, at some point, she'd thought about the real date Caylee died relative to the current date. And, hey, a little mis-information just helped to confuse everyone too...In CaseyWorld the questions had always eventually stopped coming, regardless of whether or not a satisfactory answer had been provided....I like to call it, "The Fatigue Method"...wear'em down 'till they jus' stop askin'
