Just sleuthing, catching (well, trying) up. As I was reading this thread, I was listening to NG, (a little ADHD showing there...have to have more than one thing going on , but in the background, I THOUGHT I was listening to Lee Anthony's interview, but low and behold it was Jesse's. And the reason I thought it was Lee- Jesse using the term 'ABSOLUTELY." WHAT IS WITH THEM USING THIS WORD OVER AND OVER AND OVER???

In listening to Jesse on TV and reading the interview multiple times, my guess is that he was fired - or made to resign on the 24th. A couple of months back a lawyer (I forgot his name) stated that Jesse was fired due to psychological reasons. Well folks - reading what he said, listening to him, hearing the bs that his father said - makes me think that he was def let go from OPD due to psychological reasons. That would def be a "scab" wouldnt it? I'm sorry - but seeing his fathers my space page (the picture with the glock is gone - hhmm wonder why?) , and reading his blogs, and knowing how they are the ones that are getting ahold of the news media and not the other way around (if Geraldo and NG wanted them, they would have asked them months ago) I truly wonder if OPD said to him - Either resign or we will fire you...

As I stated before - something is just not right with Jesse's stories, his fathers stories.... the whole gamut. And again - my opinion.....

Interesting. Does anyone know how long he was w/OPD? You have to pass psych test to get hired so I wonder what happened? He seems so nice.

I know I should have finished this thread but something has been bothering me. I've been catching up on all the interiviews.

The video last night or before - the new footage of Casey holding Caylee. Caylee is holding a piece of cake (maybe?) in her hand and Cindy reaches over and tries to shove it in Casey's face. I think that is so strange. So agressive. It is like going to a bad wedding. You can see from those movements that Cindy almost despises her daughter. No respect.

Trust me, I think Casey is a worthless piece of space, but I think her upbringing also had quite the effect on her. I think the mother Cindy is horrible mess as well.

After reading the Lee and Jesse interviews and getting a bit more perspective, I just think that Cindy Anthony has major mental problems as well. Control and anger and probably abusive to everyone in her family.

My opionion. No wonder they are all cracking. Helloooo Jackie Peterson!

What's creepiest to me about the cake in the face footage is that, after Cindy cakes Casey, Casey takes it out on Caylee, not Cindy! You can hear the camera operator go "Awwww" - like don't smash cake on Caylee's face.

I have to wonder if Casey told CA & GA not to trust JG is becasuse JG knew (from being a former LE) that Fusion and the crowd that went there was into drugs. In his statement he mentions that a large amount of drugs ran through the place. Cindy would have had a fit knowing that Casey was hanging and taking Caylee to TonE apartment if she knew that.
It was Casey's way of making sure that her parents would not talk to JG or if they did and he mentioned anything to them they would not believe JG. Casey already knew her mother did not like JG so it would not be a stretch to plant this idea in CA mind.
With JG coming from a religious background he must have been at polor ends with the Anthony family.
I think the plain and simple fact was that when Casey and Caylee were with JG Cindy no longer had controll. JG was a threat to CA in her mind. CA did not care if Casey was happy only if she herself was happy. Who would CA vent all of her anger and negativity on if Casey was not there. JG was not only a threat to Cindy's controll of Casey but he was a threat to Cindy's controll of Caylee. JG had the power to destroy eveything that Cindy depended on to maintian her identity. [Without someone to controll Cindy has no meaning in life]
Cindy is giving to Casey what Cindy received herself from her mother or father or both. It is a learned behavior. Knock the other person to make one feel better about themselves. Dyfunction in families for the most part is passed down from parents to children.
Casey finds herself a nice guy, willing to be a father to Caylee and CA did whatever she could to discourage that relationship. What man would put up with constatnly being put in the position of having to defend his girlfriend to her own mother.
JG say that Casey broke it off with him. That fits. Casey found it was easier to remove JG from her life than to constantly have to fend off Cindy.
Cindy did everything in her power to keep Casey dependent on her. JG was a threat to that dependency.
JG suffers the concequences of being in a relationship with Casey who has Cindy as her mohter. JG should have walked away himself. For whatever reason, be it true love for Casey, his bonding with Caylee or guilt that he should have been able to 'fix' things he is now in this murder/missing person case up to his neck.
The question remains how much he knowns and is keeping to himself. I do not believe that he had a hand in what happen to Caylee and if he ended up being a unwitting accomplice in where Caylee is now I think that he would have broke down under any type of pressure already.

My adoptive parents are just like Cindy with a few extra twists. Unless you have the guts and the strenght to walk away these type of people just keep feeding you through the shredder. In my opinion Casey would have gotten herself into deep do-do at some point. Casey had the chance to walk away before she became pregnant. She did not.
Having Caylee made everything worse and Caylee paid the price.

His takling about the playhouse in his statement peeked my interest. I do have to wonder why he brought that to LE attention and his backing off on hearing Caylee in the background has me thinking also.

Wow- nice analysis- thanks. ITA about Cindy taking him out of the pic to serve her own end = if Casey had her own "family" --Cindy loses "her Caylee!"

I want to know what the psych test was all about- why he lost his job etc. But he passed a polygraph right? I'm so confused
This case is mind boggling! Resolution please! Justice for Caylee!!

ok - I am just stating my "sleuthing" facts that I have put together. Please feel free to check or verify for yourself what I am saying.

In JG's interview on the 23rd - it was specifically stated and JG specifically verified that he had NO CONTACT with KC on the 26th and 27th of June (remember 6/27 was when car was dumped). I just finished listening to the audio of this interview and re-verified that this was stated. No contact between KC and JG on 6/26 or 6/27.

In going over the phone records that Muzikman posted in the Jury Room - JG has only calls - no texts - obviously thinking he does not have text capability - anyway
if you look at his call log - LE seemed to have highlighted all the calls to and from KC. BUT - there is an incoming call from KC on 6/26 to JG - it is call #298 and was 2 PM and lasted 2 minutes - so it wasn't a "missed" or "unanswered" call - just a very short one. And this call IS NOT highlighted by LE - so was it missed? And why would JG say specifically no contact on the 26 and 27? I also found 2 other JG calls - # 362 and 363 on the 29th of June that were not highlighted by LE - both of those were only 1 minute calls so could be missed or unanswered.

I am only focusing on the 26th call. That was the day before the car dump and it was a 2 minute call - so it was answered. Why would JG and/or LE have missed that contact? And then specifically state those dates in the interview and JG confirm there was no contact on those days when the records say differently?

Go check for yourselves - I don't expect to "just be believed" and you will find what I have related here.

Also, in the audio of JG interview - when the detective leaves the room - you can clearly hear JG "texting" on his phone. This happens before he takes a call and talks to his mom. Go back and listen for yourself - he is definitely texting a message. Did he just recently get a "text capable" phone?

(and yes, the constant use of "absolutely" is driving me insane, I think I'll remove it from my vocabulary completely after this)

Odd....Cindy says Jesse had not, to her knowledge, been at the Anthony home since before Caylee's first birthday. If that's true, then how can Jesse know that Caylee ran to her playhouse whenever she was in the backyard?

June 28 Casey called Jesse and told him her car ran out of gas at 50 & Goldenrod and she wanted to borrow a gas can, she knew I kept used to keep one in my truck. He was at his parent’s home on the outside of town and could not help her out but we spoke about what she was going to do. It was about 1:25PM. Amy told him later that Tony L. picked her up and he remembers Casey saying something about Tony coming to get her but does not remember the details.

Jesse states that he does not feel that Casey could have hurt Caylee. He cannot see her doing that. Casey would not be as attentive as she should. Caylee could have died from putting small rocks in her mouth. Does not enough about the pool except that they had move the ladder because Caylee kept trying to get into the pool. If Caylee died from an accident Casey would have had a mental breakdown and tell herself a new story, create a new reality. Casey has had mental issues that she has never dealt with and could be in her own separate world.

So Caylee was still alive at almost 3pm on the 16th. Casey left the Anthony home with Caylee just before 1pm. Where were they for the two hours in between? Where was Casey when Jesse called? Casey met with Tony just a few hours later and Caylee was gone.

Unless Jesse is wrong about hearing Caylee on the 16th, it appears that the theory of Casey killing Caylee on the 15th is kaput.

I have heard that she used JG's shower. And I have heard of casey telling people that Caylee was at the beach while G and C were there. I haven't read anywhere that she and JG went to the beach.
Admittedly, I may have missed it, I have done a lot of reading with my eyes half closed in my head from exhaustion.

KC called it off, I don't think she had any plans of settling down with anyone. Nor did the Anthony family seem too enthusiastic about the prospect of her marrying Jesse either. Lord only knows why, he seems like a good guy.

Ok, from Dateline they said Casey and JG STARTED dating in January, and Caylee was born August 9. Um, no. I am not sure when they got engaged but he was still willing to marry her after finding out Caylee was not his (duh). She was the one who called it off, but I don't think they said when.
