I totally agree...One thing about these tapes that makes me ill, is the way she is tugging at her parents emotional strings. They are in hell and she is leading them down the garden path almost like it's some kind of joke!!! If there was a charge for just plain azz cruelty, she should be charged. It is the sickest thing I have ever seen!

Its really kinda scary to see this too isn't it!? i agree has anyone noticed that her family keeps having to get her back on track talking about Caylee? I mean it looks like she thinks this is all a big joke...Lee didn't seem so amused. She is just so carefree its sooo creepy!

I dont know where to put this question, but KC tells LA that her myspace/facebook password has a clue......OK then why when CA is asking KC what her myspace password is WHY doesnt she then tell her that its a clue as well?????

She seems to tell one person one thing, but not the other. Why not get all the info to them all???? Even if its lies.

On the phone issue, remember when LA asked about ordering the pizza and she said that one of T's friends had used her phone. What if she had used somebody else's phone at some point to send a text message, I think it was T that we saw had a Blackberry because it had the message at the bottom of his text messages. If KC had sent some messages from his phone to one of her friends and they questioned her about it coming from a Blackberry with a different number she may have told them that she had a new phone because she didn't want them or T to know that she was using his phone.

It makes perfect sense to me KA's lying like a rug to him..Pulling another one of her many snow jobs.

It doesn't make any sense to me for Lee to think she could possibly get anything he was saying here with her obvious limited IQ & severe mental issues..That especially rules out 'code speak'..It would be IMPOSSIBLE for her to even begin to comprehend something like that.

My head hurts from trying to figure out why there are no records of calls she didn't make to the nanny she didn't have on the phone she didn't own that was given to her by the company she didn't work for.

Which she took the SIM card out of and left the SIMless phone on her non-existent desk, which was then stolen "about 9 days ago" (July 7th) off of said desk, because she left it on the desk and hadn't been to work in 3 or 4 days, and reported that phone was stolen to Universal security. :bang: :crazy:

I wish that they'd asked her about it's ringtones and what was programmed on the phone, just to hear/read what wacky, convoluted explanation she came up with.

I agree that timer55 could be a countdown to Caylee's bday.
That would be important to Casey because she knew the jig would be up when she couldn't avoid her parents and would HAVE to account for Caylee's not being with them for her birthday.
I also think the Rico 123 refers to Puerto Rico.
I think Casey planned to disappear, and have people think she and Caylee moved away.

It's funny how she tells LA in the interview that the password is "rico234" and not rico123. He then tells her he has tried that password and it wouldn't work. I haven't found out when she told him it was rico123. Was she leading him along the primrose path??

Another point: didn't you all just want to slap her silly when she would continue to sigh these bored, rolling the eyes type of sighs every time LA would take the TIME as a good brother should to explain to her how the visitation works, why they hadn't been there yet and that they had been (as per LA) lied to about the system?

Also every time he wants to ask her for clues she sighs and then says "ask mom"...when she's in the interview with mom, she says "I told Lee everything". GEEZ... is all she wants to talk about herself and cole slaw???

When the A's were visiting KA she had to leave the room every time another prisoner came in..She said it was the rule because she's in protective custody..That seemed extreme to me but I believed it to be true..Until I saw the LA interview..There was very loud commotion in the background & it seemed to be coming from her room vs his because she was the one blocking her other ear so she could hear.

Did the rules change from her first family visit (Lee) to her parents? Was it ever a rule? Or did KA just make it all up so she could escape whenever CA got too close with her Q's?

Here is what is known regarding the second phone.

Perp claims she had and lost a Black Jack.

Perp stole $354 from her grandparents and spent it at an AT&T store.

Perp, when caught about the $354 theft, tells Grandma she had to buy a phone for work at Universal because everyone needed new phones (whatever) and Universal couldn't afford to buy them (whatever) and Universal was going to reimburse the money to them.

Uncle Rick in an email to Cindy states Grandma has documentation showing the theft of $354.

The speculation comes in on whether this money was used to actually buy a phone or was used to pay her existing phone bill. I have not read every post in every thread on this case, so could have missed it, but I have not seen the resolution to what this money was actually used for, a new phone or the phone bill, just know it is a fact the money went to AT&T.

Since Uncle Rick implies Grandma has documentation of stolen money going to AT&T, I feel it is a safe assumption perp wrote the check directly to AT&T, which means paper trail, which means LE knows if there is another phone only vs. another phone with new number.

Grandma told the police that casey stole a check on 4/10/08 for $354.00 to pay a cell phone bill.
Grandma told the police she didnt want to press charges for this as.. she had gotten the money back from her bank.. and the girl (KC) was already in enuff trouble.

That's exactly what LA was telling KC. It's sickening that LA is helping KC to lie.

Did LE ask KC where she bought the Blackjack? If they did and discovered another lie then I would think that's all the searching they need to do in regards supporting her claim that she received a call from ZG or any other kidnapper. If she's not going to tell the truth, then she's the one with no proof that the calls ever occurred.

Nah, you weren't dreaming. I remember the call between LA & KC where she used that description with him. I thought she was just either trying to lie to him as well, or perhaps eluding to something else. But I wonder where she told LE she got the phone.

People don't buy (or lose) $300 phones everyday. And it was recent enough to expect KC to not only remember specifically where she purchased the Blackjack, but also provide a receipt - or box with s/n, instruction manual, charger, ect..

Just because she lost the phone (not) doesn't mean she shouldn't be able to provide evidence of it's purchase with all the packaging and receipts/warranty that comes with 1.
