2008.07.28 Discuss Lee Interview

I watched about 10 minutes and couldn't take it.

But the question I have is - did he begin the conversation with HEY PRINCESS.

What is up with these people??

yeah and hey beautiful and hey gorgeous/ my dad does not talk to my sister or I like that.

By the time of LA and KC jail cell chat, LA already knew that she didnt work for the actual "Universal Studios" for two years , but still asks if she had the blackjack at universal for "work" or "fun".....she replies I wouldnt call it actual "fun"....now why would he ask her that since he already knows she doesnt work there unless he does know what is really means....?

This whole phone business makes no sense to me. If both cell phones used the same number and same Sim card, it seems to me they would be billed as one phone. My daughter dropped her phone and broke it. She bought a new phone, swapped the Sim card, and the phone company never knew the difference. Regardless of which phone Casey used to call "Zanny" it would show up on her records as a call out, no matter whether the number was stored on the phone at all.

Yes exactly. I my kids have used my phone with their Sim cards while waiting for their broke/lost phones to be replaced. Their calls on my phone billed to their phone number in the Sim card.

There doesn't seem to be any evidence of a second phone. Why would she make payments on a second phone rather than pay on the first one to keep it from being shut off? I don't recall hearing that her phone was ever shut off due to lack of payment. I think the 2nd phone was a lie she used to explain why she didn't have the number for Zanny - nothing more.

And unless KC only used the second phone to communicate with the nanny, which we know didn't happen, she would have called and texted friends and the second phone number would have shown up on the friends phone bill.

Not one of Casey's friends has confirmed that she had a second phone or said that her calls came from more than one number. I see no reason at all to believe that Casey had 2 phones. If Casey only had the imaginary phone for a few weeks, what about the calls FROM the nanny prior to that? Wouldn't they show up on her first phone records?

And about the other phone, I have a question. She says that she stored the number to the phone and not the Sim card and that's why its no longer there. Now even though she stored it to the phone if she used that phone at all wouldnt the phone records still have that info? Wouldnt the phone records show more about that phone if it really exsited?

There is NO other phone. This is lie to cover up not having the numbers to her fake characters. The phone is just as real as ZG, Samantha, Gloria, Victor, Annabel, Raquel, Zachary, Mike cozak, Jennifer, Julieete Lewis...

I mean how can the Anthony's see the names above and believe that ALL of them are just not easy to find? What are the chances of a person knowing ten people and the FBI nor the actual person have anything ot prove they exist?

We have so many rabbit holes around here that people jump down looking for the meaning of hidden codes or clues or the grain of truth in the lies. I just came here from another thread where people are trying to find map locations because they believe Casey said there are hidden clues in her passwords.

The Anthonys all tend to talk like aliens from outer space because they try to sound more educated or intelligent by using words and phrases that really aren't in their vocabularies. Lee and Casey seem to be the worst for this convoluted nonsense speech.

Do a Google search for Mrs. Malaprop.

You know, if you start out with a faulty premise, such as there are hidden clues or people are speaking in a code that you just need to decode to understand, everything following from that premise is going to be wrong.

Isn't that called Schizophrenic "word Salad"?????

Everyone knows there was no Nanny, so to keep stating the second phone (if there was one) was used for the Nanny is futile at best. If I was doing something that I didnt want anyone to know about, I certainly wouldnt use my everyday phone, I would get a prepaid phone or something along those lines....and if she got the phone within the weeks leading up to Caylee death it would make sense that none of her friends saw the phone....

I agree. People try to make this so much more complex than it really is. There are no hidden clues, no secret codes, no accomplices...it's a simple case of an immature selfish mother who killed her own child and is trying to get away with it.

Amen.

I think a second phone did exist but there was no switching of a SIM card back and forth...thats ridiculous. I dont know why its so hard for people to believe there was a second phone....she was constantly having one phone shut off when she couldnt steal enough money to keep it on, she needed a back up phone to keep her self busy...who's it was and what happened to is the question?

LP alluded to the fact the RG had given KC the phone, although I cannot prove that! Apologies if this has already been asked and answered as I know we have been all over the discussions on this, would the pings be based on her sim card regardless of what phone she was using? TIA

Why would Casey make up a story about having a Black Jack and losing it when she could just as easily have said she had a prepaid phone and lost it?

It's creepy, isn't it? But I think it's probably just another way for the As to kiss up to her. None of it sounds very sincere.

Calling her gorgeous is the one that really makes me gag. I think she's a very ugly person, inside and out. Oh, she can doll herself up with enough makeup but she's not a very attractive person at all without it and even with it, her facial expressions make her very unattractive.

Why has she said many of the things she has said....it seems the whole family uses way to many words,... most of which they dont even know the meaning of .. Who knows really?

Perhaps she has a different type of work. Universal City Walk in front of the park is loaded with bars. Lots of nightlife there, both locals and tourist hang out there. Maybe her "work" at Universal has a tie between City Walk and the Hard Rock Hotel which is also on Universals property, if you know what I mean.

Apparently in May Casey mentioned to someone that she got a Black Jack (thanks, M), so maybe she did. However it appears that she used it in place of her other phone, utilizing the same phone number and service, so it was really nothing more than a replacement phone - not a 'second' phone.

LEE: Ok, so tell me. So if you lost the physical phone itself, aside from searching for it, how would you go about finding this? How should I go about finding your phone?

LA wants to know how he can find the phone, aside from searching for the "physical phone itself." Um, what does he want? If he needs to know how he can find it besides actually searching for that plastic and rubber and electronic bit of equipment, is he wanting a hologram of the phone? A ghostly phone apparition?

Geez...

I absolutely feel like there could possibly be something up with him. It's my, I guess, gut feeling, that he truly could have the potential to know a lot more than he is openly conveying. If only we had some more small communications or large communications between the person that is the owner of the missing phone (oh, and child) and the person that is biologically related to, but the mother or father of, the previously mentioned person to dissect.

aside from searching for the physical phone itself?? who says that? what other kind of search is there?

:rolling: Like a secret nanny hotline? Maybe it was a shoe phone and not a BlackJack!

Chilly excellent post!

I so agree with you and the others who see the failure in any type of "secret" language or"code." (The only exception is I do believe her and LA are talking some weird language of their own) I see a narcissitc, self-absorbed and sociopathic young woman who mudrered her beautiful daughter for her own selfish reasoning. (so far I've come up with 4 motives) Just listening to her jailhouse calls, and watching the videos she has a way of speaking with an air of superiority and arrogance. She has the dispicable super-imposed, authoritive, manipulative and grandiose I am all of that, and more superiority complex. She shows no respect for G or C and I do not think she ever has!

It is so clear to me that Casey grew up in a home of liars, manipulators, cheaters and sneaks so she learned from early on! She has lived her life by the example that was set before her. I am not in any way making an excuse or anything like that. Just stating the simple truth that are children learn from us and the examples and expectations that we put forth or demand from them. CA and GA have enabled this young woman to get away with her irresponsible lifestyle her entire life and now they are prepared to "look" the other way while she murdered their granddaughter.

It sickens me to no end to know this. It is so uncomprehnsible to me that beautiful Caylee Marie is the one who pays the price. It nauseates me and makes the hairs on the back of my neck stick up every time I think of her.

Somehow I want to believe the reason we see hide nor hear of LA is that he jumped the A ship and joined the other team.(LE)

Did you also notice that anytime LE inquires about a recent phone # for a friend etc. Casey always says they just moved/relocated recently?! Almost everyone of the people she had spoken to about Caylee had just gotten new jobs, moved and then got new phones which she didn't have.....Only in Casey Land!
