I totally agree RR0004 , it could have been much smoother but if you think of how many years she has/had been dealing with Casey (like it or not, my child wouldnt have lied to me all my life and never paid for it) the bottom line in this case, Casey did get away with it all her life, Cindy has more then likely been frustrated with her for many years, didn't do what she should have and knows it.. Now her gd is gone. that's all I'm saying, she could certainly be more helpful with the LE though she did/has given them good info re: timelines what Casey said, etc. I think her lack of sleep (very understandably so) not eating, gd missing, daug may face life in prison or death, if you add up all the factors that is extremely overwhelming even to the strongest of people.

Just fyi, I raised 2 teenage boys as a single mom and have a very, very precious grandaughter, so while my son's did not get away with anything, their "mom" would/ and did turn them in for the slightest infraction.. it was very difficult, very hard emtionally a lot of times so I can feel her pain to an extent.. I think some here may not have ever raised a teenager yet and it is a VERY different world.
