I've got Greta being tivo'd, but in the meantime - did Clint say that Casey spent the night of Father's Day (June 15th) at the apartment with them?

I wouldn't go that far with George's statement, but it does blow Cindy's out of the water! CINDY WAS THE LAST KNOWN PERSON TO BE WITH CAYLEE! (Like I have been saying for weeks now!)

That's what puts the weight on George's statement - either he really did see them on the 16th, or he's mistaken, in which case suspicion starts to fall on Cindy, who was the last person to have been verified as being with Caylee on the 15th.

No, he was certain of Father's Day. He wasn't certain of the other nights.

That puts tremendous weight on George's statement that he saw Casey and Caylee the following noontime, and puts the lie to Cindy's statement that she "heard them through the door" the night of the 15th.

I'm going to have to watch the repeat to be sure. What I think I heard was quick, before another question asked.

HA! Casey was with Tony on June 15th and spent the night!!!! HUGE!

Casey always said Caylee was with the grandparents when asked! She would take her "HOME" then come back to spend nights with Tony.

SS, i though he said " June 15th Clint returned from Jacksonville, he can't recall if Casey was there the next morning. "

Caylee never came back to the apartment after June 16th, while Casey started staying there more frequently to include almost every night. Would always tell the guys Caylee was "at home" or with a nanny.

If LE knows all this, and I'm sure they do, then they have to be working on this as a homicide case, instead of just a missing person case.

What is VERY telling for me is how she LIED up until July 1st about Caylee being with her parents! Her daughter was "supposedly" missing and she was lying to people about where she was. She KNEW exactly where she was and just was having the time of her life being "free". I feel ill now.

I thought I heard it the same way as you - that he couldn't be certain about Casey spending the night of June 15th. He had arrived home from out of town. But did say he never saw Caylee again after then for certain.

When did Casey come home, to leave again with Caylee?

Did George Anthony really see them leave at noon?

Total confusion here.

Clint said that Casey left at 8:30 in the morning as usual with him. She probably went back to her parents house. It sounds like he is saying she did this all of the time and then it stopped. But she did get up and leave early in the morning on june 16th, which could leave George's statement about seeing her intact.

Did anyone catch what Drew said about TonE and Clint and their conversation after Casey was jailed? I was reading or typing and only caught "disagreement how this should playout".
