2008.08.30 Bond Hearing

1. Jose was not happy in the courtroom, asked for probable cause for the record and was told that was in the issuing judge's warrant. (Dumb, what's he frakking thinking)
2. Casey's eyes scanning all over - did you see it?
3. Did you see all people in that courtroom waiting arraignment????
4. It's just me - casey refreshed her haircolor.

Short, sweet and to the point....................Bond is set at $3000 and the Judge issuing the warrant found probable cause.
It appears to me that her bonds on the original charges was revoked, according to what I see on the jail website. So it is doubtful that she will be getting out anytime soon unless another celebrity wannabe decides to post her bond.

As I said before she had enough make up when she got arrested to last for weeks. I doubt they provide make up remover in the pokey LOL.

I could be wrong but I think they seperate the charges since one has nothing to do with the other..they aren't related. I'm not positive though.

IIRC it wasn't 500,000 even the first time. It was like 500,200 or something odd. Not that it really matters though LOL.
