Let's not forget about having to get a manicure too. She had to get them nice and scrubbed clean. Besides calling to check the balance, she was probably making her nail appointment at JC Penney's salon.

I wonder what shape her nails were in when she went to have them done on the 1st? I would love to ask the manicurist if they remember anything unusual while doing her nails.

As for Baez, I really need to state this now. Not ALL lawyers are ethical. Maybe he and Casey are planning a trip to Mexico to look for Caylee (and never return. Her bracelet has no GPS on it and all it does is report her more than the agreed distance from her phone line. Once she is out of the house, she could be anywhere. Baez watching her is like the fox watching the hen house imo.

Okay I feel really stupid but why would she have a secret cell phone? For what purpose? I doubt anyone that she knows wants or are talking to her. Maybe I'm missing something?

She needs a phone so she can stay in touch with CA every day or text her every day while she's at JB's office. Be in touch every day just like she was when she was missing from Hope Spring with Caylee................. CA doesn't speak the truth.

I have to agree with Boston..I go back and forth with LP. He IMO seems to jump the gun and go with whatever theory is most recent. I think he changed his mind this time with the woman who claims to have seen KC's car and someone that looked like her coming from the woods. If we were to back track throughout this case I bet LP has had at least 6 solid theories and they all coincided with recent evidence. Don't get me wrong I think LP has a big heart and good intentions for the most part...but his theories change with every breeze that floats by.

He had me convinced that KC put Caylee in the Recycling bin next to the dumpster at amscott but that was last week - this week it's something new

Well she definitely made purchases at JCPenney's with her mother's card (scroll up a few posts on this thread) and she called JCPenney's several times on June 27th and July 1rst (see the PING thread). Don't know why or what this has to do with anything but LP mentioned JCPenney's tonight on NG.

I think The location of the JC Penney is a BIG factor in this story.

A lot of the times, it sounds to me like he's communicating with the A's. When he through that out about the balcony and the choking on candy - my impression was that he was saying...It's possible it was an accident. As in - opening the door to KC perhaps coming forward with a potential accident scenario. Could that make some sense of what he says?

Yes he is married from my understanding with kids.


She spends time at his office so she isn't home. He probably has a nice set up for her there.

I just wanted to mention something about her possible 'secret phone' as I think it was stated. Most of us might think of a cell phone or house phone but we should also add in the possibility that she might be using an Internet phone service - such as SKPE for example. And I'm sure we have all thought about this - while she is at her attorney's office, she might just be using HIS internet services and HIS phone services also. We, more than likely, will never know what happend behind closed doors.

This has already probably been done, but no harm in posting it again I guess. Plus didn't Amy say Cindy picked her up at the Florida Mall? That mall is much closer to the airport than The Fashion Square Mall is. There is a bunch of wooded area not far from it off of Sand Lake Rd near Orange Ave, which kind of starts to go into the Taft area

I don't think that's it. LP made up the story a few days ago about Casey staking out the Sawgrass apts while driving Tony's Jeep on 6/17. That was a complete fantasy on his part - what would the story communicate to the A's?
