Is anyone else watching this judge talking about the statutes on disclosing GJ proceedings?

At the very beginning of this video, the judge was talking about a microphone being open while testimony was going on in the GJ. He said that it was accidentally turned on and it went to some of the news media.....that's why he was reading the statutes in regard to penalities if anyone divulged anything that was heard over that open microphone. In other words he DARED them to report anything they heard in in way, shape, or form.
