I get really angry when these "defence experts" try to mislead the public about working dogs. Under certain conditions, cadaver dogs might miss a hit on decompositon. They don't hit on other material. Just as tracking dogs might not pick up a scent if the wind or ground temperatures are not favourable, but they don't pick up the wrong scent.
That's right. The dogs are specifically trained to hit on decomposition smell and only on that smell.
And there were 2 dogs here that hit on the exact same areas!

That is SO true. Cadaver dogs NEVER hit on anything but decomp. They may miss a few feet where a body is buried because the smell can come up through a tree or plant root next to it and the body may be not under the bush, but beside it.

I don't think she was. She was driving it on the 18th, we have a witness to that. Tony took her for gas cans on the 20th, so she supposedly was driving then. The next time we hear about her driving it is the 27th, drop off date. I think the odor got so bad around the 25th that she knew she had to get rid of it before someone got curious. We know she drove Tony's jeep a couple of times before the NY trip and she came to the house and took Cindy's car (I wonder if this is the day the neighbor says he heard Casey but saw another vehicle).

That's very possible. So I guess she would have had to have bummed rides from people from the 20th - 27th then.

Not if you buy the right kind. I don't know anything about ones you dilute. I use Dura Shock.

You are taking a big chance with putting water in powdered chlorine as it can explode.

There are little floating things made specifically for that purpose. They float around on the top of the pool water, letting out little poofs of chlorine.

That's why I'm really wondering what she had Caylee's body in while it was in the trunk, and if maybe the leakage occurred when she removed it? By that time though I would think all body fluids would've dried up. :waitasec:
I think that a body keeps decomposing and our body is something like 90% water (stayed home from school on science class days)

WE also KNOW that George called Lee to intercede between Cindy and Casey when Casey was finally located. Yes, it is speculation that it was Casey on trhe computer that Casey used. I believe Cindy and George have their own. There are 3 computers in this house. I only use mine, and my roommates only use theirs. Unless there is proof that someone else used that computer, it is common sense that only Casey was using her computer. That is easily proven.

Not to mention she evidently carried it with her everywhere. Remember that Lee evidently "dumped" it at Tony's. So it was at Tony's when CA picked up KC.

It could cover up a fight with KC and the A's on the 15th and KC leaving in a rage. Just a thought. I actually think that is what happened but it's JMO.

I think you're probably right. I can't see Casey staying at the house after that awful confrontation with CA over the grandparents stolen money. Can you imagine how nasty that fight must have been? She probably stayed in her car that night, near the house, and came back after GA left for work the next day. just my opinion.

I understand Lawyer-client privilege, I was just saying that I think Casey probably already signed all that needed signing while out on bail the first time. I don't know this, mind you, it's just MO of how Cindy seems to "run things".

I respectfully disagree. I do not believe that there is any trust or love lost between this mother and daughter. I do not think Casey would give Cindy ANYTHING Cindy wanted willingly. And I base this on her nasty remarks to her mother about the "cameos" that Cindy made on TV.

Lee or George say in their interview that the laptop KC was using was actually Cindy's laptop.

Why stay near the house though? Why not go to Amy's with Caylee like she frequently did? Or any of the other places she used to crash. I don't follow the hanging out in the car texting with Tony (and the pings never leaving the one tower). I think she was at home and that this fight while horrible wasn't unique. These two have been brawling for a long time.

No offense mom, but I believe Leonard is all about finding the remains of that baby. It troubles him, just as it does all of us here.
And I believe he has a big ole heart of gold.:)

I agree. Think about how moved we are. Then, think about having spent a week in the house where Caylee spent most of her life, being surrounded by her toys, her photos, her clothes.

I think it's personal for him.

I do think the car had to be at least washed on the exterior ~ it just seemed too clean looking under the lights inside the crime lab garage. MOO

OMG! ITA! I thought the same thing. Especially the fact that is was parked at a tow yard for so long, and it was probably gravel and dirt where they parked the cars.

Yeah, but that was back when Cindy had just helped land Casey's butt in a jail cell with her 911 call. Since then, as we know, Cindy has done an about face and it's the "Casey can do no wrong" show now. SO maybe things did improve between them a little before she was arrested again last week.

My brother has been in jail. You can purchase items there. You have to purchase there. They charge like $5.00 for a bar of soap. He said the store is brought to you. You fill out paperwork, pay, then they drop it off for you. That is the way it is in our state.

That's my experience as well. You get a commissary slip, fill it out ahead of time and your things are delivered within a couple of days.

I think CA's opinion of her daughter may have changed but I wouldn't be surprised if KC blames her mom for Caylee's death. I can hear her saying, if you hadn't made me keep her or if you didn't get me so mad none of this would have happened. JMO

I first got that impression from how ticked off KC was during the first jail calls. To me, that showed how pissy KC can be especially to her own mother. IMO IF there was a fight there is NO WAY KC stayed in that house and NO WAY would she have left Caylee behind, by her own omission she is a spiteful b*t*h. She was texting with Tony that night and I think she was roaming around in her car as well. Also GA's description of what Caylee was wearing on June 16 is identical, down to the sunglasses of what a family friend who saw Caylee at a strip mall was wearing in June(9th I think?) BEFORE the last siting of Caylee was switched to the June 15th..it's hinky to me and always will be. JMHO.

Most people I know use those small bottles for their hot tubs, not pools. That would be way too expensive and it would take so many of them in a large pool.

We buy all of ours in 100 lb buckets for shock, 40 lb buckets for stablizer, 50 lb buckets of soda ash and 1 gallon size of muratic acid. (muratic acid also comes in 5 gallon and 15 gallon size) Above ground pools like they have use all of these also.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

absolutely, our pool (18X36 inground) buying smaller amounts would be crazy. usually we purchase from our pool guy, b/c it is a much better deal. my point was that she could have gotten the chemicals from anywhere. purchased in small amounts @ target or stolen from an apt. complex pool etc...we cannot make the assumption the chemicals came from the A Home.

Well, she can't really say that AND say that Zenaida kidnapped Caylee, too, and that Caylee's alive out there somewhere. She has to pick one or the other!
