Dodge and deflect at it's best. He really should give Cindy some lessons. Except, he is starting to annoy me. I wouldn't go so far as to call him an angry little vampire, but he should not have lost his cool.

Baez would be my guess. He has not taken another case since he signed on with this one. He only has a few others pending trial (who should all be very worried about how prepared he is for them). Baez has bills to pay, overhead, rent, phones, and expert witnesses don't work out of the goodness of their hearts.

If it didn't go straight to Baez than it went to some "Caylee fund" and will be routed to Baez after keeping the lights on at the Anthony's.

I agree that the majority of the money goes to Baez and TB got his share but if CA and GA got even a small portion of it to keep the lights on, then they got the money and NeJame out and out lied in front of God and everyone.

What I don't get is, even if the public doesn't like it, they were their pictures to sell so why try to hide it? At least if you stand up and say yes well sold them because we needed the money for searching and lawyers and electricity, it would go over better than trying to hide it and being outed.

The picture of Caylee in that Disney dress has been out there for a couple of months now.

A month ago Nancy insinuated that A Mickey Mouse dress that was found on the side of the road (size 6) belonged to Caylee because she was wearing a similar dress in a photo on the Internet - The dress Caylee was wearing in the photo was NOT a size 6

In my opinion Nejame "called her" on that

I think he had a great reputation and is an excellent lawyer until he got mixed up with this mess. I think he should have thought long and hard before signing on to be CA and GA lawyer. This might damage his career.

I do think he has a great reputation and is a wonderful attorney for High PRICED Clients who need a HIGH PROFILE attorney for the celeb clients... I think the A's are not his type and is only in it as a media whor**** like everyone else in this case.

Truly I didn't see any temper from NG. Oh, she jumped in the fray with both feet for sure, but she didn't look angry to me.

True, it seems like he would have been aware of the stain. It is surprising to me though that we've never heard a word about what the stain is.

It is just lawyer speak and "Technically accurate". If the money was dispersed through a fund than they can say that George and Cindy did not get paid for the photos.

You have to keep in mind for every one of us on here going through all the details there are hundreds at home that only hear the headlines and catch phrases. "the anthony's did not receive money from abc".... that is better than the alternative. You will never convince all of the public, but if you can get a good portion you are still ahead.

Nope per the new defense lawyer they are to stay away from the jail becuase of them being taped. Afraid that something will be said. LA has been MIA since mid September so we have no clue where he is.

Re: size 6 dress. Most of us figured it out very quickly that that particular dress was probably a plant or had nothing to do with Caylee. As soon as those pictures came out we knew it wasn't THAT dress that Caylee was wearing because it obviously wasn't a size 6, however, it IS entirely possible that Caylee had an identical dress in a larger size. I have done that with my girls. Also, I remember reading in the released docs today that Caylee was at the 100% percentile for her age & weight which means she was tall. So, knowing that Disney clothes run notiriously small and that Caylee was big, it is a possibility, remote but possible.

I just about bust a gut when I heard the "medication" reason for not taking a lie detector test. And I think MN had a rough time saying it with a straight face too. This concerns me because what kind of medications are they on that would prevent them from taking a polygraph? I could only think that it would be something that would seriously impare her judgement. So, if that is the case, she shouldn't be out driving around. And why would that stop GA or LA from taking a polygraph test? Are they also too medicated?

I liked MN up until tonight when he showed what his true colors are by his words and actions. spin spin spin. Good for Nancy for standing up for herself when he accused her of making money off of Caylee. I bet that the A's haven't made any money off of this either, it's probably all filtered into some sort of trust account or something so that they can claim nothing is going to them. Makes me sick.

I know, it was hilarious....Instead of answering the question, he spun it to attack a show host. She makes no kickbacks, come on! It was a brilliant fight in which NG won handedly...

I was laughing out loud to myself! NG makes no apologies for the way she is, it's not like it is "top secret", he didn't have to go on. (but then of course, he would miss the chance to have his face on national tv) He just thought he could out talk her, rather than answer a yes or no question.

The gases from the body would create a smell, and those molecules are heavier than oxygen so they remain and don't dissapate. The smell could be there if they ripped the carpet out and left the metal floor. Those gases do not leave basketball size stains though.
