I think there are better ways of keeping Caylee on the front page without smearing her family, in the process.

And I very respectfully will add a codicil to your statement above and submit that there are better ways of FINDING and SEARCHING for Caylee, than to allow her family to smear KC's friends, LE, TES, etc., in the process.

And rushing to defend her is? For that matter how is this whole thing, which is getting to be a habit, profitable to finding Caylee again? because I am not seeing it...

There should be room on this board for more than just one opinion, and JBean has made that perfectly clear numerous times.

You don't have to "see it" as being profitable, it's not up to you.

The last 3 threads that I was on and you showed up the threads ended up being locked. Would you please just try to get along with people so we can keep our thread?

PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is getting tiresome...:boohoo:

I don't think Cindy doing NOTHING except stay at home to find Caylee is helpful to finding her either. Where is it she has searched? Do you know?

What apartments has she checked where the baby was last seen?

Geeshhhhhhhh............she has all that time to run to NYC but not the time to hunt her granddaughter.............

I only want to find Caylee and see KC and ANYONE else who tried to keep LE from getting the true facts PROSECUTED to the full extent of the law.

Well, I don't know where she has searched. I'm not there with the Anthony's. I won't say that they havent searched, because I don't know. Do you?

I don't know how your comment was in relation to my post. My post questioned how making judgements about the Anthony's was helpful in finding Caylee. It seemed to me that you were avoiding the Observation that I made.

What you said was and I quote: "(obviously just purchased"), so once again you deny what you stated.

I just went back.........and you are right.

Score one for you in the debate - I lost.

I'm just shaking my head here over all this argument about a dress that is most likely not connected to the case at all. Tim said they found all kinds of things that were sent to the lab for testing and found to have no connection to the case. If someone hadn't opened their mouth about this dress, we'd know nothing about it at all and very likely never would.

Just an FYI, CW. Most of us haven't really been arguing about the dress itself. The crux of the debate, in it's original form was Nejame's lack of response about the phone calling regarding the dress - then CA showing up on National TV with A DRESS 'as proof'.

Calling someone out on what they state as a fact when the poster has no clue whether it is fact should not cause disruption.

I asked for proof. Turbo couldn't provide it and retracted it as only opinion.

Your version of "getting along with people" means that no one is questioned?

That's not my version.

If JBean made it clear that it was OK then why did she shut down the threads?! I just alerted your posts so I guess JBean can decide if you should stay on this thread and continue to bring conflict by fighting with people over a stupid dress that has nothing to do with anything.

I believe we have to judge ALL players in this case to find the truth. There is no way to determine any truths if you go on what the Anthonys, or the attorneys put out.

There have been way too many contradictory statements by all of them. Sometimes even contradicting their own statements from one interview to the next.

Jurors judge witnesses by their judgment if the witness is truthful. This is going to be a major issue in this case in court and a real hurdle for the defense to try to overcome.

My opinion - If NG wanted information about the dress, she should have contacted Casey's lawyer, not Cindy's. Nancy also should have checked her facts first and #1, honored Tim's request that the discovery of the dress not be made public and #2, checked the sizing instead of taking her producer's word that an 18 month old baby would wear a girl's size 6 dress.

Cindy showing up with Caylee's dress to prove that it was not missing is not at all Nejames fault.

This isn't about scoring, at least not with me.

I do commend you on admitting your mistakes though, and as you can see, Aussie took your statement about the dress literally, the way that you typed it, and thought that she had missed something along the way.

That's the danger in posting things as factual statements instead of opinions, particularly in a case filled with so many unfounded rumors.

I don't either and it normally does not happen. I guess I got caught up in defending my post, and I was wrong, I should have let it go.
