Good night, folks.

Does anyone else find it very odd that Casey would say to the DCF worker that she was innocent and LE was not going to break her? A contradictory statement don't you think?

That just triggered my mind about something KC said to the DCS investigator........she said she was proud as a result of looking for Caylee they had found another child' or their remains............and Cindy agreed.

Is this true? Has another child or their remains been found? I had not heard that.

Or is that just another Anthony lie?

I'm going with lie because it would have made the news if it had happened and noone has heard word one about it and some even started searching out the info with no luck

Why would George or Cindy need to take a polygraph? They are not and never have been suspects.

By that same token then they have nothing to fear by doing so.

That's the answer I expected Nejame to give.

Yep--Any good lawyer would argue that first and not go immediately to my clients hopped up on drugs

Because LE routinely uses polygraphs as a tool to help rule out all people CLOSE to the missing or deceased...starting with family and spreading outward.

Really, we only have the A's word as to who had Caylee last...the video tape at the nursing home is the only hard proof at this point...and KC was not there.

You are talking about the chain of custody, which involved physical evidence. What was being discussed is the fact that Baez, not Najame, is Casey's attorney. Questions about potential evidence in the case should be directed to him.

Respectfully, that's not what I'm talking about. If a third-person, non-party witness has possession of something they think is relevant to the case (in this instance, it was Cindy with a dress she claimed was Caylee's, ergo she believed it refuted the relevance of the dress that the searchers found - i.e., that it couldn't be Caylee's) then she and her attorney had the duty to turn it over, NOT go on national tv to discuss how it refutes whatever it was the searchers found, etc. AND THIS is where Nejame failed - miserably - in controling this flow of alleged "evidence" and in controlling his client.

haha well yeah. But I think Casey is playing it in her mind like she's this innocent and persecuted mother and LE is just out to frame her, so her statements make perfect sense to her.

Do I find a contradictory statement by Casey to be odd? No. :waitasec:

I don't either and it normally does not happen. I guess I got caught up in defending my post, and I was wrong, I should have let it go.

Turbo, it's never wrong to defend yourself; sometimes we just need to step back and observe who/what we're defending ourself from and why we feel the need to. If we can remember that, we'll realize we seldom need to argue because if you're defending yourself against someone looking to fight, they're not listening anyway!:blowkiss: It's over now, no worries!

Be safe and and all the best to you and your pooch, while you do your best for Caylee this weekend.

You're 100% correct, once again.

Quite a simple concept, really.

The discussion was about NG calling Nejame rather than Baez.

There was no duty on anyone to turn over a dress of Caylee's in order to prove that non-evidence was indeed, non-evidence. If someone in Florida finds a child's black sock is Cindy supposed to gather up all Caylee's black socks and rush them in to the sheriff's department?

No lie, a kid was found, I thought Virginia but I just saw another post said SC. And I heard about it here 3,000 miles away. Ain't the internet grand!!

Ya know Turbo, judging by the info released today we haven't been that far off in our "speculations" of what the truth is. I'm very proud of the sleuthing that's gone on here.

Well, I second that. I think there are some really really really smart people here ( I'm just riding ya'lls coat tails). I have said this before..If any of my family members or I go missing I want ya'll looking for me!!!!:)

OK, I chewed through my own restraints...:)

"Judging Cindy" has been used over and over to stop discussion ....Cindy has gone VERY public over and over in her criticism if LE, the DA's office, etc...even the internet forums, Tim, you name it...

Cindy is out there disputing real evidence, and IMOO common sense in this case.

Lie, lies and more lies keep coming from her. SHe is a LARGE part of this case and I cannot accept that discussing any of the obvious is "judging her."

Hasn't lying, enabling and covering up helped KC to get where she is today?

I can feel real empathy...but not BLIND empathy...no one gets a pass from the truth when they lie to LE and the public in general over a little girls dead body.

JMOO...and if I could imply tone better in a an e-mail, please, there is no anger here...just a little frustration. :blowkiss:
Heck...even George judged Cindy.

No lie, it was a kid in Virginia (I think) really early on , called into the tip line.

But that wouldn't have been a kid found during a Caylee search....unless they called it into Caylees tip line but then why would they do that??

I have read way too much on this case and don't remember reading about it

Why would George or Cindy need to take a polygraph? They are not and never have been suspects.

Most good attorneys have their clients take polygraphs for them. If they pass the polygraph, then it can be used in their defense if needed, and if not, it helps the attorney to know what to stay away from on the witness stand.

I heard not long ago this is the first case ever known where grandparents have refused a polygraph who were not involved in the demise of a child. I think it was on fox news.

If that were my child or grandchild I would do anything in my power to help LE find her. Dead or alive.

I believe it to be a really sad event when a grandparent would not do anything possible to help find their grand baby. Caylee was just a baby and she loved CA & GA.........and they have let her down..
