Why couldn't Caylee have had more than 1 MM dress? One when she was 18 months old and one when she was almost 3. Not saying it happened that way but if it was cute and she out grew it and she wanted another one, why not? It could have happened and it could have been hers so I don't think it was over the top to present that it could be hers.

I don't see why NeJame feels that it was sensationalism. It was reported and it could have been a possibility.

If NeJame was asked for his comment, he could have said "Look Cindy has the original dress and the one found is definitely not it." He could have put it all to rest but he chose not to so that Cindy could make her cameo on national tv and hold up the smaller dress for all to see.

I think he doth protest too much.

Not true - the size 6 dress that was "found" or more like planted, was being touted by Nancy Grace as the same one that Caylee was wearing in her pictures when she was approx. 18 months old.

The dress found by searchers was a size 6. Nancy made a big deal out of the fact that there was a picture of Caylee wearing that same dress. Caylee was about 18 months old in that picture - the dress she was wearing was definitely not a size 6.

Wasn't Nejame the one to suggest that G&C would be fully willing to take lie detector tests? No one will convince me he, as a seasoned defense lawyer, is so naive he had to consult with a lie detector administrator to determine what conditions would disqualify his clients from being stable enough to endure one. He set that one up from the start, IMO.

Am I the only one worried about Cindy being so medicated? I have relatives in Florida and she's still driving, isn't she...totally out of it on meds...not a good situ. When he said Caylee was "18 months old" they were arguing about how old she was when she wore the Mickey Mouse dress - Which was 18 months

All Nancy had to do was look at that photo & she would have known it was impossible for the dress that was found to have been the same one Caylee was wearing in the photo but instead she asked her producer if a 2 year old could where a size 6

She made a mistake & Nejame called her on it

I don't think Nejame is in any position to justify his moral indignance. In my opinion he also benefits from the exposure, and if he felt offended by NG he had no cause to be on her show.

Why was he in NYC trying to raise money for this case months ago?

I think he had a great reputation and is an excellent lawyer until he got mixed up with this mess. I think he should have thought long and hard before signing on to be CA and GA lawyer. This might damage his career.
