With all the documents released, do any of you feel like you have most of the puzzle figured out?

Now, weren't the psychic tips laughed at when they were released? :waitasec:

Yes, some were laughed at really really hard, almost wet my pants on some of them but there are other WSers that take some psychics very seriously and it is true some LE agencies have psychics that do help with cases, so I guess it could be 50/50. I guess if it were my child, I wouldn't care, I would take all the help I could get...what could it hurt?

It can hurt quite a bit. When you have some extra time, you might want to read this:

No, honestly I had more figured out when I had less information.

Not even close, I am such a fence sitter!

I'm not a fence sitter. I'm certain that Casey is responsible for Caylee's death and I'm also certain that whatever she did, she did alone. It's the 'how' that I haven't figured out yet.

Most good attorneys have their clients take polygraphs for them. If they pass the polygraph, then it can be used in their defense if needed, and if not, it helps the attorney to know what to stay away from on the witness stand.

I heard not long ago this is the first case ever known where grandparents have refused a polygraph who were not involved in the demise of a child. I think it was on fox news.

If that were my child or grandchild I would do anything in my power to help LE find her. Dead or alive.

I believe it to be a really sad event when a grandparent would not do anything possible to help find their grand baby. Caylee was just a baby and she loved CA & GA.........and they have let her down..

Hmmm..I wouldn't. If LE said that I was not a suspect and I watched them leaking info, violating the rights of others, only making a cursory investigation into other leads and ignoring my safety, I don't think I would take one. It just wouldn't make sense to me. I think I would know by then that LE had no reason to require one from me and it wouldn't help the case.

I feel like I get one piece of info, then something comes along and disproves it from being the correct answer.

But guess who'll end up getting the gag order?

My guess would be the prosecution. They have shown a consistant record of leaks, right down to the GJ.

When I say I am a fence sitter it is just because it does not all add up for me.

I have read some of these, tortures the soul. I can't imagine charging a family. That is why my stance on psychics but I hate to tell others not to believe, kind of like religion, one either has faith or you don't, you can't talk someone into faith anymore than you can talk someone out of it. Know what I mean?

Exactly. Then it requires more research, more thinking etc.

Yes, I think that is about it plus some of us love NG for keeping Caylee in the spotlight and BES doesn't seem to care for NG.JMHO of course.

Some of us see NG as what she truly is. I thought Nejame handled Ng well. He in so many words told her to shut up, then went on to tell her that she is what she is, tabloid TV.

I do think he has a great reputation and is a wonderful attorney for High PRICED Clients who need a HIGH PROFILE attorney for the celeb clients... I think the A's are not his type and is only in it as a media whor**** like everyone else in this case.

I feel I have to reply in Nejame's defense. I know alot of people hate him because he represents the delusional parents (at least CA) of an apparent murderer. However, I think he views the Anthonys as people whose whole lives have just been destroyed by their monster of a daughter. I don't think he is very happy with the things CA says and I think he does the best he can to control the damage she causes to herself, but I think he likely views her as irrational due to insane grief. He seems to really feel sorry for them. I don't see him at all as supporting casey. He refuses to talk about her and I have gotten the sense that she disgusts him. He goes on NG because the case is a national one now and it may be necessary to represent his clients in a national arena at times.
He trying to do his job and trying to be a spokesperson for his clients.

Also, from what I have read/heard, Nejame is actually a very compassionate and ethical attorney who very often takes cases of people who are innocent or have screwed up, like with a DUI, for FREE, when they do not have the money to pay him. In fact, I think someone on this board actually wrote about her personal experience with Nejame representing her family member free of charge when he heard the person's story and that they had no money.

I understand the passion in this case because I'm right there with horror at the evil of casey and the lies and cover-ups on the part of Cindy, but it makes me feel bad to read all the personal insults towards Nejame, especially about his appearance. I think there are people revolving around this case who make wild, speculative statements as if they are fact, with no justification for such statements, merely to gain publicity or a buck. And they are benefitting from the death of a child. I do not think Nejame is one of them. I also admire NG's history of advocacy but her conduct is often way overboard IMO and I do not respect the way she treats most of her guests. Some seem to deserve it but many seem just to be on the receiving end of a person with a temper. For example, in the beginning of the show, the young reporter kid answered a question of hers very succinctly and she just snapped at him, "That is NOT what I asked." I would never go on that show and allow myself to be insulted as are many who don't instantly agree with NG or answer the way she wants them to, even those on the same side. It is not helpful, to me. I also do agree that NG gets a boost from this story via her ratings. While she does have a fantastic history of advocating for victims, she does not always appear to have perfectly clean hands when it comes to exploitation. here's an example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=am0uJkRSMNw

From what I understand, NG knew there was a gag on the case featured in the video and also was told in advance that ES did not want to talk about her experience in any way. But NG kept pushing. I think Nejame is making a mistake by being on NG's show at this point.

All of the above is my opinion based on what I have observed.

I wouldn't call them leaks. It has been a release of information as required by the Sunshine Law(I think that is what it's called, too lazy to look it up right now)but Florida's equivalent to The Freedom of Information Act IIRC.
The defense has been releasing it's information as well, like the document released about KC not getting the DP. So leaks is not the correct term IMO.

But that wouldn't have been a kid found during a Caylee search....unless they called it into Caylees tip line but then why would they do that??

I have read way too much on this case and don't remember reading about it

I'm not remembering enough of the details, if there even were any. I'm thinking I read this in Aug, someone called the tipline and it resulted in another child being found. I didn't understand the why of the tip line either, because it was completely unrelated.

I hadn't heard it discussed here today, til tonite on this site. The CFS report is the only thing I've read so far in the new docs.

I tried doing a google search a few minutes ago and didn't find it. I'll keep looking if I find it I'll post it here.

God only knows why I'm remembering this, I've read and thought about a bazillion other things since then, many that had a lot more info, repeated multiple times. IDK?

Nancy Grace has had CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY as her focus for MONTHS and it is thanks to HER that this case is known nationwide as well as it is. She is a firey, educated, articulate, intelligent, dedicated, devoted woman, and when you put her in a shiny shirt, there is NOTHING that is beyond her. Her shiny shirt is her SUPERHERO costume, and she wears it so well...

Taking a tiny portion of someone's entire statement and making it mean something that it was not meant to mean is tricky business, isn't it? The statement was NOT that Nancy was little about truth and everything about ratings, it was that her ratings would not be very good if she spoonfed them milk and cookies while discussing cold blooded killers...NOT the same at all as what you seem to be trying to imply they meant.

I think NG is capable of keeping Caylee in the public eye without the lies and innuendo. She is not a journalist, she is not a reporter. She is tabloid entertainment, and should be taken as such. To even associate her with good journalism is insulting to great journalist like Larry King who tell both sides and always sticks to the facts. NG, will never be anything but cheap entertainment .
