That was a really odd accumulation of toys found, shamrock, ring, peek-achoo, (per Murt too many to list them all) sounds like the kind of carp that filled the bottom of my purse when my kids were little. You know, stuff from kids meals, gum ball type machines that little kids love for 30 seconds, then want mom to carry, never to be thought about again.
It reminds me of all the pictures she dumped.

Gators aren't going to shred a bag full of plastic, something in that bag got their attention.

I do agree LE knows something, to discount the find so quickly

Yes, I believe they do but they do still have some hope as there was no physical evidence of her death like the smell of decomp in a trunk, hair with KC/Caylee DNA, Hair with a death band on it, imaginary Nanny etc.....

As I've said to others so confident LE has an open and close case, I am hanging on every letter of your every word that you're right. My bf, who's a lawyer says just brace yourself to me because she may get off w/out the body. He says this would be a very likely scenario and my response was, I HATE YOU.

If OCSO knows where Caylee is and can't get to her or knows that she can't be found then what are doing keeping it to themselves. There are other family members other than Casey saying nothing of the general public who wants her found. I would think that they could be called out on that later down the road as game playing and I would think some heads would roll.
I just think that LE has given up on finding the body because they feel they have enough to convict without one and they are concetrating all of effots and building the case file.

They are saving it for their opening statement at the trial and the details will be very compelling. Once OCSO shares it then we will all say, now we understand, now it all makes sense.

Months ago, when the Media questioned LP , he was vigorously defended here at WS

When some WS Posters questioned LP they were ganged up on & thrown to the wolves

Then Tim Miller dared to say something negative about LP & Tim "The Living Saint" Miller was thrown right into the trash heep ...

Now, LE is voicing their displeasure with LP & his actions

I can already see it coming....

LE & the FBI will be Trashed right along with the rest of the LP doubters...

And announced the find to all the media outlets. What if there were evidence found that LE wanted to keep secret as part of their investigation - perhaps to use as a tool to get a confession from Casey?

I do not always agree with LP's way of going about things but with that said at least he is doing something.
So many people on this board have spent hours going over phone calls, transcripts, creating maps, helping search, giving money, and sending food. Even trying to think through different theories to see which ones fit evidence and which ones don't.
Then there are those who do nothing but complain about what others are doing.
Always so quick to be negative. Always so quick to point out faults.

I was taught to always try to find the good in someone, not always easy but worth the effort. Try to see both sides because you may learn something about them and yourself, not to point a finger at anyone without solid reason to do so, don't partake in gossip, not to state something as fact unless you can back it up, state your opinion but make sure it is well know that it is your opinion. If you are wrong admit and if you are right be humble about it and if you have nothing nice to say keep your darn mouth shut.

I have found that those few things have served me very well in this world.

I can tell you I arrived at BP at 8:30 am and most local media was on site....

We were right there with ya; we heard you say "No more food." LOL.

Public knowledge a search was going to take place, easy access to watch and tape unlike some of the searches where bugs, snakes and gators were a concern. Not to mention hard to get those big media trucks through shrub, brush and thickets, so this made for an easy news story about the search.

It has occured to me this is the reason LP chose this area to search. Sorry jmo.

It matters to me. The search is supposed to be about Caylee and about preserving any evidence that is found in order to bring her justice. It's not about someone using her death to promote himself.

Maybe your beef should be with the FBI and LE as they were not wanting to preserve a da*m thing...pretty much just throw it back in the river, nothing of evidentiary value. I'm not even sure they bent over to get a closer look at it.

I see a alot of people saying things like this and I have to say that if that was the case, shame on TES and LE. The very idea that a babies body could be found and these folks would keep that information to themselves and "pretend" that they haven't found anything and then go that extra mile and say she isn't findable, yet they found her...no, that's indefensible if you ask me, that is not acceptable behavior.

Why LE is seemingly against searching for Caylee is information they haven't shared with the public, but I think it is about time that they do...people are searching and using their own funds to do that and if they know where she is then I feel they have an obligation to be as forthcoming about that as possible with the public. JMO

This may be the reason why they think that LP has planted evidence in the water? They may already have the remains and are not saying anything. The fact that they are asking him to take a polygraph speaks loudly. There is something very important that LE is not sharing with anyone.

It is not likely she will not be convicted - it's whether or not it will be first degree murder or not

When I was on jury duty for an attempted murder case, we were given 5 different trial outcomes - 1st degree, 2nd degree, etc.

I'm sure that this is what they will do for this jury - the DA will not risk letting an acquittal or hung jury for this

sometimes there is NEVER a body to be found because the killer makes sure the body is totally destroyed

for example, just an example... hypothetically speaking
lets say KC rented a boat and took her daughter with her and people saw the two go in the boat, but when they came back there was no baby in the boat

in a situation like this,,, they probably will never find a body BUT

2 plus 2 =4

it doesnt equal

Did they say she showed any emotion?

They said she was out of her cell in the rec area (?) and just looked up at the tv...I guess then the guards saw what was on (it may have been shown live down there on local tv...they mentioned there was no cable). They said she was told she had go back to her cell and she did so with no problems.

And why do you think those News trucks were there?

From the Murt stream the news trucks were present long before any find and they were there basically because of the spread of info, on the Blogs, that there were many divers searching this time. Also, remember there was media present last time with only 2 divers when the A's turned up about the prayer service.

Maybe this is the way LP is doing his part by keeping her in the national spotlite. He knows local news is covering it dailey, but NG has not covered it now for 3-4 days, and maybe by saying they they found her, or parts of her, it will regain the National Spotlight.

I am hanging on your every word again. I'm so worried that this child will not have the justice she deserves. I was so sad after TES didn't find her that I sent an email to the LL (prosecutor) to please stay the course in building this case for Caylee.
