Do you think it is possible that the media has these interviews confused with the video?
HLN guy keeps saying there have been leaks after leaks after leaks...where have I been? What leaks??
Yes, I do. It kinda pi$$ed me off, too. They just latched onto their view of it all and went with it.

But if they hadn't taken her to the infirmary, she wouldn't have seen the TV coverage and there would have been no bad reaction.

This is especially odd knowing the SA has already said when the news of the search at JB park came on KC was in the day room watching TV and they returned her to her cell.

Here's a link to the motion filed by Baez. It only asks for a stay on the video footage of Casey's reaction as far as I can tell. Was the release of the interveiws addressed during the actual hearing on this? If not, I don't understand how releasing this interview was a mistake (leak) by the state. Maybe some of our very smart attorneys here WBs can help explain.

Am I the only one who didn't think this was such a big deal? It's not like we haven't already heard what her reaction was prior to the audios. Now there's mention that all evidence regarding her reaction could be inadmissable at trial b/c these were accidentally released (which I do believe was an accident, IMO the SA wouldn't risk something releasing something that wasn't such a big deal). Do you think it will really be thrown out?

I thought the whole deal was about the VIDEO of KC - not the audio of jail personnel.

Spot on, Dear Prudence.

The "motion" filed by JBaez does not mention nor even refer to interviews and/or testimony that might potentially be given by the jail personnel/employees, nor was that a part of JBaez's request in any previous hearing.
EDITED TO ADD:
I reread the motion with the fine tooth comb this morning. It did seek to prevent "disclosure" of communications between JBaez and Casey, so maybe JBaez, if he's any good, can make that streeeetch and argue he did ask re: what the jail employees saw...but ya know, he himself described her reaction, so I rather doubt he's going to prevail. :D

I was wondering if either the Lt Tammy's statement or Caseys reaction is all that important to the case.

I would be devastated to learn this messed up the state's case but I wonder if it is just as well, maybe it was from me hearing about it rather than actually seeing it but I felt that her reaction coulda meant anything at all - just saying, it sounded as if it could help defense as much as help state.

This has probably already been discussed, but Uncer stated Casey said something like "I can't cry about this because it's not real." That really sticks out to me. I think that's how KC has dealt with this every day since she murdered Caylee... telling herself it's not real.
