why would Jose be responsible for Caylee's remains? Is that something Casey has to sign over?

  • #610
Judge said he was going to deny the motion for the state.

  • #611
Jose wants the state to pay expenses for his experts to come to FL to view pictures! good grief.

He's so dumb,he dosen't even know what to say. He's like "umm umm i believe thats all for now".

This is actually a bad thing. If she gets convicted it could easily get her a win on any appeal. Which means her conviction could be overturned.

Hasn't the state already spent a boatload of money on this case? He is a crybaby!

I'm recording the hearing on a Flip and will have it uploaded to YouTube once the hearing is over. Will provide a link on this thread.

Biaz says his experts have already looked at the remains and taken their own pictures! So use those!

They are wanting to view the ones taken before the remains were removed fromt he crime scence, and the ones before the remains were cleaned (i think they do this). Like pictures of the remains with the tape on them.

Wow!

Well now I feel a little better...I thought G&C just hadn't bothered making arrangements

JB is insulted that anyone would say he would sell pictures.

just laying the ground work for an appeal when she is convicted, he will claim their access to the evidence was limited at the cost of his client's fair trial rights
