Honestly, I think this case is silly. Casey never said it wasn't THIS Zenaida, she wasn't the one.

Every person sharing that name Zenaida Gonzales could file suit. Especially those living in Florida, New York, Puerto Rico..etc..

I am surprised that so many people support this woman who is attempting to make money because she is one of many people with this name?! She drew attention to herself by doing interviews, etc. There is a woman we know that has this name and runs a blog. You don't see her attempting to make money off of this do you?

So many people have said how it is "DISGUSTING" for a person to try to make money off of this child's death. How is this any different?

IF she truly was fired from her job because she has the same name, she should be suing her boss! Has anyone in the media interviewed him to see if he DID fire her because she had the same name?

IMHO this is a frivilous lawsuit and should have been thrown out of court! She has already benefitted enough by being flown to those interviews, fed and stayed in fancy motels! I would be willing to be that someone has given her money because they felt sorry for her situation.

By the way, is she working now? She has had national attention to the fact that she is NOT the person KC was talking about, so no one should turn her down for a job based on that. Hey, she could sue them too if that happens! Geez!
