i'm confused. did DC work for baez or the anthony's? if he worked for the anthony's he can't claim privelage can he?

Sorry, didn't answer your whole question. Yes, He can only claim privilege for the time that he was employed by Baez.

Thank you to ALL that kept the thread going and telling people like me that cant get video what went on in the first hearing- Why the heck didnt Tru Tv have the hearing live like last time? I wrote to them and asked them to please cover the hearings from now on- not that it will do any good

So they are saying that Casey was not employed by Jose at the time of the videos so Jose has no reason to appoint a master, correct? They are saying he is aware the Casey was working for the A's then.

It ended up not mattering who he worked for and when as DC voluntarily submitted to questioning by LE. No appointment needed to supervise since it already went down. JB did not look happy.
