perhaps the state thinks that she could use "ineffective counsel" as grounds for an appeal, if she never sees him in court. I think she should be made to see how ill prepared baez is to represent her.

I'd be nervous too - geez the camera is on a close up! Her hair is much longer and she has circles under her eyes - doesn't look like she's PG - baloney, and all those carbs tend to put weight on you unless she's exercisng in her cell

I'm sorry I wish I didn't have to say this - but I think she looks great. Better than before she was arrested.

Gosh, I look like hell if I tell a fib to my partner- She is not affected by guilt at all.

I really couldn't say yes or no. Her hands were shackled in front of her with her hands over her belly, and she walked over and sat down too quickly for me to see. Maybe we need still shots and pics from before to compare. She's definitely not big like in the wedding pic.

Pros. has to give photos to defense, defense is being told no copies of them made, photos must be kept in office until secure website can be set up.

Strickland advised SA to hand over photos to JB. JB is being ordered to not make copies, etc., but he can set up a website or server that is password/encryption secured where his experts can see photos that way.

I think she looks good for being in jail. She doesn't seem remorseful at all. She looks healthy and I'm surprised by that. She seems nervous though.
