Regarding Judge listening to Dominic C.'s testimony to see if there's any atty privileged/confidential info in there, the state noted LE could provide the actual tape but it might be a few hours so would the judge prefer a transcript (which would take some time to prepare). The Judge says (regarding having to listen to a tape for a few hours) well, time is short these days. No offense to the Judge but you know, we are all busy, but Caylee's poor decrepit body is sitting there and this matter is very important. Law Enforcement could give the Judge a copy of the tape right after the hearing and the Judge should order a sandwich and simply sit at his desk and listen to the darned thing RIGHT AFTER THE HEARING. First thing tomorrow morning, he should be able to advise if there's any ac privilege issues and then the State can get a copy of the darned tape already (the only thing holding the state up now from getting it is the Judge's review of it for ac privilege). Once the state gets the tape, it can consider appropriate charges associated with the activities regarding the tape. I've spent hours looking for some arcane piece of information on this case late at night. And I'm not even the judge on this case. I think the judge should review the tape even if it takes him beyond his dinner time. I realize he has other things to do in his work and life but a certain baby has already suffered enough from the slowness of the "Wheels of Justice."
