Huh-now I havnt received the impression that they are not being fair-just that they are being aggressive.

FWIW, JB's law partner who called in to quarterback on the break was amazing-the database suggestion was brilliant and revisiting DC's police interview was key because of the "you can't un-ring a bell" which I have heard thousands of time in the courtroom...must be taught in law school.

Casey has all of the rights and protections here-the only one's who can get justice for Caylee will the the attorneys for the state. The case must sicken them.

I think she is being unreasonably difficult...for example, saying she couldn`t photocopy the calendar. I know if I was in the defence chair I`d be fuming at those sorts of responses.

So, the Prosecution is saying there are no other interviews of Cindy, Lee and George yet to be released. ??? Did I hear that right? I'm trying to keep up. Ha!

Of OCSO interviews. I'm pretty sure there are Fed interviews we haven't seen. But Baez might have those.

My question is: Why doesnt JB just ask the SA's office BEFORE writing motions and hauling everyone into court. Some of these, the SA's office says OK. We could have been down to 10 or so if he would have just asked first.

It really sounds to me like the prosecution has "accidentally omitted" various parts of the discovery. It makes me wonder how organized these folks are. Either they are attempting to withhold discovery from the defense or they are not very good at their jobs. Their excuse for not reproducing a blotter size calendar was pathetic.

I don't know what kind of copier they have. Perhaps they have the kind that only copies on sheets up to 11X8. In that case they might be able to shrink it, but would it be readable?

Or I guess they could copy it in sections and hand them a sheaf of 11X8's and let them figure out how to put it together.

Is it me, or the camera angles, but does anyone else think Casey has gained weight? I think she's about 10 pounds heavier than she was in October. I noticed her rear end when she turned to sit down.

Oh my goodness! The time line calendar is to big to copy???? That is ridiculous! The state makes all types of exhibits for trials, etc. but they can't copy a blotter sized piece of paper?

I just posted about that too...I think that was ridiculous.

Really? I just thought they were sitting there because of the camera angles.

Maybe, but I caught really early on that they'd laugh most when JB got handed his...

I would say she's gained weight, is spacing off, and doesn't want to be there

Yep, and her tummy was bigger too. Not saying she is Pregnant, I have no idea. But I think she has gained weight also.

When we have to copy engineering drawings much much bigger than half the size of the desk, we go to Kinko's. It is easily done.
