Interesting that nothing came out about the 2nd autopsy being done already. Unless I missed something, that didn't come up, did it? I mean discussion about the autopsy came up during the remains images discussions, but at no point did I hear either JB or LB-D state that it was done days ago.

Yes, It started to come out and then some other hoopla started and got sidetracked and forgotten. They went on to something else.

Ok, this is a long thread. can someone please tell me what all was said about D. Casey and his interview with LE? Did they say when this occurred? Did anything else come out about the PI situation? Thanks in advance if you have the info and can save me pages of speculation about wheither the defendant was pregnant or not and the size of her nose.

There wasn't too much discussion on this. Biaz had asked for a special master to be at any and all interviews with DC and LE to insure that nothing of privelage was discussed, and the judge said that this was a moot issue, since DC had already spoken with LE, and that if he said anything in future interviews that JB thought was privelaged, he could argue it at that time. At least that is what I got out of what was said in a nutshell.

I did hear *something* but my child is running around so I'm scared of inaccuracy. But I know I heard the prosecutor say "quote unquote second autopsy" . I don't know why she said it like that.. "quote unquote".. anyone else catch that?

IIRC the SA is going to produce the interview to the judge (oral or written), he will listen/read and rule latter what will be heard.They did not say the date, but did say the interview was hours long. Nothing else about PI's that I can think of right now.

I caught that, and to me it made sense, as what they are really doing is an inspection of the remains, not another autopsy really.

My take on it is this case is effecting many people all over, those working on it and those following it and there is so little seen of Casey, so little spoken by her, and her emotional response is so flat that people are looking for ANY indication this has impacted her at all.

Wasn't it nice to see 2 young free women sitting in the courtroom, looking clean, happy, as KC shuffled into the room. Her affect seemed flat because of possibly being on meds. or JB gave her strict instructions before entering the cortroom to show no emotion, look straight ahead or at me. Defense has appeared to be keeping a tight reign on kC while she has been incarcerated. If I'm correct the attorneys seem to take shifts at the jail. They don't want anyone knowing her frame of mind before trial it appears.
