WOW - thankx. I truly remember, early on, that supposedly JO went back to VA - guess that was wrong. I also remember something about a Chili's and a red car in a parking lot being looked at once JO was back in VA. If he was in Satsuma that fateful night - WHERE WAS HE? Was he at Timmy's or Tommy's house? Has this been verified by LE?

I would think he was still at Tommy's.....IMO. IIRC, LE said they had interviewed him, but I don't think they said where they or when they did this.
Isn't he from TN?

Wasn't he also banned from the MH by RC? Something about him taking one of RC's guns? And wasn't there supposedly a fight between RC and him over said gun? And wasn't said gun found ina ditch somewhere?

I still think that if this guy was deeply involved - we'd know more by now. Who is going to cover for him? Or why would he cover for any of them?

Nope - I think this is just a red herring thrown out there to keep everyone guessing.

I think it is very interesting that Misty remembers so little and yet can implicate others, like ToC and Joe. When asked by family she must have seeded Cousin Joe as a possible.

This is the typical look at anyone else but me distraction, both internally in the family as well as publicly and ..... who close to me am I willing to throw under the bus to take the spotlight and focus off me?

Working from memory here, so I could be very wrong but here goes.

Cousin Joe was from Tennessee, not Virginia. He left the day of the discovery of Haleigh's disappearance, thus explains that he was still in Satsuma at least part of the day helping MC hang posters at the local businesses and had been at the MH the evening before her disappearance. IIRC, he had been interviewed by LE twice in his home State of TN and was not regarded as a POI.

I believe he was staying with Tommy and family and it was said that he slept in his clothes and the van (scratched) was not parked in the same spot when last left the same night that Haleigh disappeared. I do believe it has been verified by LE.

There was an "alleged" argument about a gun that involved Joe and the gun was found in a ditch behind Tommy's house in a culvert. If I am wrong on any of this, please feel free to correct me as I said, it's strictly off memory.

You all are right - it was TN and not VA - I knew VA didn't sound right.

I'm just not buying this guy being involved - we'd know more by now. The "clan" is trying to use him as a scapegoat.

I think it was Timmy he was staying with and Chelsea saw he slept in his Cloths and discovered the van in the wrong place as well as the keys. He left back to TN with the girl who dropped him there.

Yeah......isn't it just the strangest thing that she somewhat implicates family members and yet, never any strangers or non-family members? I don't get it. And yet, here's Tommy telling Pa to tell MC he loves her. And he's worried about her. She has kicked him to the curb several times, no?

Yep, the gun was found in the culvert under the driveway of Misty's brother's house under some rather amazing circumstances. Seems Misty was on the phone with Ronnie while conducting an intense "looking under the beds" type search and says the following:

Yes, now that I remember, it was Timmy and Chelsea's. Seemed odd then and it still seems odd that there was never any corroboration as to whether Joe actually slept in his clothes or who used the van after the Croslins did. We don't know anything more than we did over a year ago so I wouldn't rule anything out yet. Time will tell. It always does.

And papa - wasn't all this "gun controversy" supposed to have happened like a week or so BEFORE Haleigh went missing? JO came to town for a visit and was only staying like two weeks - so evidently this happened early on in the visit and then JO was gone - back to TN.

No way of telling "when" a gun was fired - just that it "has" been fired. hhmmmm..........

Zanny, Jessie, Kronk...we have seen all this before. Problem is once it is said it spreads like wildfire and becomes 'fact'. I wish LP had not done this.

The only family member Misty hasn't taken a dump on is Timmy, who had access to the van the night Haleigh went missing. The same Timmy Misty reportedly called sometime before the 911 call; the same Timmy who zipped out of Satsuma to Mass; the same Timmy who Hank and Tommy think should not come back to Satsuma to see Misty in jail because he might end up in jail too; the same Timmy whose wife seems to think Misty won't be charged for trafficking because she was just helping a friend...and on and on and on.

Maybe Misty is the princess of the family and Tommy has always played second fiddle to her. He fears that if he speaks out against her he'll lose his daddy's love and support. Bow to Misty or else! rincess:
