2009.02.18 ~ Father Reportedly Had a Fight Day Before Haleigh Disappeared.

While I agree with you on the 'norm' of things... this would be the most sensible method to do tree work...but I have to step back and ask myself, what is sensible about any of the players in this particular case. Then I have to ask myself, why with all the gloves I have available to use at my disposal, do I not USE them? lol I don't and I have a worker's/laborers hands to show for it! The ONLY time I wear gloves is when I'm raking the yard and then IF I remember...or blisters start...*blush* Then of course, when I'm working on a koi pond with the coquina rock... I'm just thinking outloud here, that if it was a side job, not with a company with regulations on that sort of thing, it is quite possible, even probable in my opinion that this is how he acquired all those markings, y'all were discussing...

That being said, then why when asked what happened to his hand he stated that it was from punching the door. He didn't mention anything at that time that he had done yard work the week before and damaged his hand. If he were using both hands while doing yard work why would only one hand and arm be damaged? It usual takes two hands on the lawn mower, two hands to pick up piles of leaves and sticks. I've yet to see anyone trimming and pulling bushes with one arm and one hand. Just saying that it's hard to imagine. Like I said, he didn't mention it when asked.:twocents:

Here is one thing that stands out to me about the story of Ron's fight with Joe, Ron's hands are all cut and bruised. However, Joe doesn't appear to have a mark on him the very day that Haleigh is reported missing. Are there any videos or photos available with Timmy and Tommy in them? I don't really remember seeing them until much later. I really believe that if Ron got his cuts and bruises from beating on Joe, there would be plenty of evidence that Joe was the one who was beaten up. Very perplexing!:waitasec: Could Ron have hurt his hands by going through dense brush and woods and maybe hand digging a grave?:waitasec:

BBM
I have never found videos or pictures right after Haleigh disappearance Of Tim and Tommy until the backyard wedding.

When asked about the fight and when Geraldo asked about drugs RC reaction is much the same. With this in mind it might be interesting to go back through video and watch for that same terse, set jaw reaction to other questions/answers he has given. IMO

this might be OT

your post remind me of this picture of Joe...I have no doubt that Joe has quit and bad temper. (I do not believe Joe had anything to do with Haleigh)

Why would Ron deny this fight ?

He doesn't strike me as the type to deny any fight (ie; UC drug deal tape where he brags about being able to throw a punch) IMO, he denied it to protect himself from weapons and drug charges. Most parents, I believe, would say to heck with the trouble I will get into, the more important thing is...my daughter is gone. Ron is the type to sacrifice Haleigh to save himself.

If Joe was invoved in the murder, or was even there, and had the goods on the others, in jail now, I wonder why they would finger him. It seems to me that they would be afraid he would out them to LE. Ron denied anything about Joe's involvement, Misty came out later and threw his name out as a possible suspect. I have always wondered why Ron denied this, but Misty had no problem throwing his name around. Maybe Ron denied the fight because he was afraid of the possible charges he would face. Maybe Misty pointed Joe out just because he was a scapegoat or maybe she was not involved in the gun issue (and knew her charges would be less as someone not connected to the gun issue).

If a robbery was the initial crime and a murder occured during the commission of that robbery, all of those connected to the robbery would be charged with felony murder. I hope this is the case.

This is the most confusing case I have ever run across...the above post is only a thought, on my part, and still there are many holes in the story.

But wait, that isn't the ONLY story he told..A neighbor friend of his who posted here at one time asked him about the dent on his car and Ronald C told him he punched his car with his hand..Thats how he explained the dent in the car and his injured hand...JMHO

Great observation! I must admit I have not noticed that only one hand was injured. I immediately invisioned Ron holding Haleigh with one arm and moving bushes out of the way with the other while moving in dense brush.

bolded by me.....Just throwing this out here...The car Misty was driving when she picked Haleigh up at the bus stop that day...AND the car Ron was driving..... following Misty after she picked Haleigh up at the bus stop...Which vehicle had the dent???...This is leading to...AFTER Ron caught up with Misty, did he...in anger....punch the vehicle Misty was driving and injured his hand??? He was angry with her????....Does Ron own BOTH vehicles????
The story that Ron punched the MH wall ...AFTER learning Haleigh was stolen...Is not believeable to me...He ALREADY knew Haleigh was gone EARLIER..IMO....It could be true he punched the wall, but maybe at another time...Punching a metal vehicle, VERSES.. punching a MH wall, could make a greater injury on his hand to produce cuts/scratches, punching a wall would most likely produce BRUISES..Was his hand bruised WITH the cuts/scratches??? Just cuts and scratches.????..Could also be caused by being in the woods around brush and bushes...Interesting!!!!!
Set me straight, please....thanks
