I think putting all this out there makes it harder to get Haliegh back. Why give names if LE may be tracking them or watching them?

I believe Misty's cousin who has now been named in the media as Joe has already been interviewed and cleared by LE. The other cousin who was named, Jeremy, is incarcerated ~ IIRC.

Aren't there anonymous groups who you can hire to actually kidnap your child back?

Yes & some are former Army Rangers, special ops or similar type back grounds. They do a lot of recon, are expensive & most often do this with a parental kidnapping in a foreign country. I am very sure no one in this crowd, like most of us, could afford to hire them nor do I think they would be interested. BUT someone who is not a pro could have been hired.

She has Turners. Her little elbows and arms may not be as reactive as a normal child or her reflexes a bit slower. Or...her little arms could have been carrying something at the time like books maybe?

SS, I don't even get the point of the BioMom's family bringing this photo to light. Do these people not understand that if a child is injured at school and one tiny mark is left on said child an incident report is filed, pictures are taken, witness statement from other teachers. Just in case of a lawsuit. Then to top it off, RC took Haleigh to the Dr. the very next day (this was further down in GR's show) to have Haleigh evaluated and returned 6 days later for a follow up because RC thought her nose might be broke. This whole picture thing was stupid. JMO.

I have not watched GR but will try to catch it later if I am up. I have also thought maybe Crystal staged this b/c she is the one having to pay him child support. Also thought it was so odd her mother said last wk she didnt know why but she just had a "feeling" about GA & TN.

And she is behind on those child support payments

IIRC, Ron took a parenting class...I think I saw that in the hearing transcripts for custody.

Also, if he is an informant, GR never should have said that on tv. That's a very dangerous thing to put out there, don't you think?

I believe it was Crystal who had to take the parenting class not Ron.

Ron was searching for Haileigh, while the mother's side of the family were writing a book for GR!!!!

How shamefull IMO

The Maternal side wants answers. With little or no info from LE & the changing of the stories. I dont blame them for throwing a few "eye openers". The truth hurts...thats too bad, its her daughter too and she loves her just as much. AND I watched this family bite their tongues just about as long as they could, I could see this comin. Let the chips fall where they may.

Well,most of what Crystal has said was already in public records of charges against him anyway.And he had to have been an informer when he first got caught with herion,meth,etc.With all he got caught with,he would had to have told what he knew to not get jailtime.

Me either. He should not have denied it. He could have said that was in my past and has nothing to do with this.

I didn't watch the show, but FWIW, I believe several posters posted that RC was denying current drug use and not past drug use.

This is just breaking my heart. The subject of abuse is very sensitive and familiar for me, particularly when allegations are challenged, disbelieved or explained away. That said I do not, in any fashion, agree with the way in which this information has been exposed to the public. I think LE has tried to handle this angle with sensitivity for a reason, not necessarily because it bares upon what happened to Haleigh, but because of how this can affect a family, and most importantly children like Haleigh's younger brother. Hence the statement about embarassing relatives.

Now, I cannot begin to imagine what happened to Haleigh that lead to her disappearance but this entire debacle is far too familiar. I truly feel for Haleigh and all of the children involved. I won't even touch upon the adults, what I have to say in their regard is better left unsaid.

If this was a set up to prove just cause for these kids to be taken away from the father, it has worked. But now would be the time to release this little girl somewhere in public like a mall so she can be found. And that hasn't happened which makes me question if this is the case.
If this was revenge against the father or the g/f, the body would have been left where it could be found easily.

I still go back to abductor.

i know from personal experience this can NOT be true.

a supeona MUST be served to the "defendant".

if the "defendant" cannot be located, the hearing is rescheduled.

the court must prove "due diligence" in trying to locate the "defendant", such as hiring a private investigator to search for the "defendant." it has to be proven to the judge that everything has been done to try to find the defendant.

a "notice" is NOT just mailed to the defendant. a supeona MUST be SERVED. but she was right....if you don't show up after being served, you will "lose."

we went through 2 years of this in Florida.

If you can't contact or don't know where the other party to the suit is you can publicly post in the classified section of the local paper.

Chad the fiance just had an opportunity to trash talk Ron and didn't.

Nope he didn't. I think mom's side has had enough. They have been there a week now - they were the first to reach out and try to work together last week - but LE had to intervene to get Jr last weekend for mom's visitation. Now we hear they have been threatened and RC saying he knows 75% at a vigil. I would have had enough too. You can only bully people so long before they begin to fight back.

Just thinkin here...but I THINK I heard RC say.."i don't DO drugs"... he wasn't talking in past tense... go back and listen to it if you can and let me know if he says...Ive never done drugs...or does he say... I don't DO drugs...

Yeppers - he sure don't - at least not today! Well that is unless you count the legal meds they got him on. Still can't believe he denied denied denied - not good.

Crystle said Meth, and coke. either one is so addictive, this is really sad.

She also said ectasy. Meth and coke will make a user very paranoid and very agressive - abusive.

Bio Grandma Marie says Haleigh has 12 unexcused absences, 9 excused and 6 tardies in 115 days. That is excessive.

Well - there was some excused so RC had to have called in - yet he let 12 unexcused just go by. Not a real routine kinda guy. If you call in once - you call in. Not just here and there. Plus the tardies - hhmmm just overslept from the party the night before? Betcha most of those tardies were Mondays.

Anyone could already tell that Ron is quick tempered and might yell when angry and everyone knows that he owns a gun and a moron could figure out that he would have put the word out to anyone he suspects that he's not afraid to use it. He said that on a recorded 911 call. Of course, like most anyone, there are probably certain people that Rons doesn't trust and might suspect. The only thing that Crystal told was that "her cousin" saw him backhand Haleigh. Lots of cousins running around in this case.

If he said "I'm about 75% sure who took her." Why wouldn't he tell them so bio mom and family could tell GR? <-- that is half sarcasm. But really, why wouldn't he have just told them who he was 75% sure took her?

Heck most of the people here have their ideas about what happened to her. Maybe he has his theory. Maybe he's already told the police this theory. Maybe the statement wasn't as "deep" as bio mom's side is making it seem. And he told "the other side"??? I just don't put much credance into it being anything too deep or sinister.

yep... the gma freaks me out too...i get a weird vibe from her and JS. Gma talks bout these visions or whatnot... I won't be surprised to find out that it actually had something to do with them...just my opinion to be honest. I'm just sick of the media makin CS look like a poor innocent girl ... when clearly she did not have children, she didn't know what was going on with her children, she shows no feelings, she's made accusations, her mom has done the same...we know of her drug use (shes admitted)...we know she is not some poor innocent girl...

Yep, I don't like Marie, either and I think Crystal does whatever momma tells her to do..I noticed her name comes up a lot in the on going custody stuff. I think she's a big crap stirrer.
