Did you notice the flashlight in KC's room on one of the armoire's? Wonder what that was there for? Having to walk around outside at night? I don't think I was seeing things, am sure I saw a flashlight standing up in one of the pics...can't give you a link or anything though. I need to start paying attention when I notice these things, LOL

Yep I noticed the flashlight too. But it wasnt there during the greta interview, or the donofrio one. So it must have been put there sometime after Nov.

IMO, CA wasn't "covering" for KC. If she were, a whole lot of things related to the car would be different.

I couldn't agree more. Was just trying to point it out in a gentle way for those that believe otherwise. :-)

NG doesn't bother reading the doc dumps. She waits for us to do it and then reads here.

I totally agree with you fortytwo. So do a lot of other reporters.

I'm not so sure. If they read this forum we should hear them talking about the skull-up-in-the-vines crime scene photo.

I also can't rule out the Brackenwood house. And I wonder about the fact no one ever mentioned Caylee having breakfast.

I have wondered and asked about Caylee's breakfast before too. Did George only see Caylee on their way out the door? Wouldn't he think that was funny, Casey and Caylee locked up in her room all morning. No breakfast? No coming out to say hello to Jo Jo? Casey didn't use the bathroom? Shower? Brush her teeth? Didn't come out to grab a bananna or cereal or something for Caylee? There is no mention of anything between the time Cindy heard them breathing in Casey's room before she left for work and George seeing them walk about the door 5 hours later? Very odd.

Bolded by me, the general area, like where LA USED to live. I often wonder why le did not check out his place, he is so close to her house, and travels very often for work. I also believe she killed Caylee during the 15th, 16th timeframe. I think she od'd her on xanax. The baby probably kept crying after the fight between KC & CA, so she gave her one, then another, etc. Still crying, she taped her mouth shut, and didn't know what to do in the AM, so she either carried her out like laundry, or put her on her shoulder, covered with her blanket and told GA, she's still sleeping, I am bringing her to the sitter & we won't be home tonight. I just don't think GA gave it much attention. I automatically thought he was lying when he described her outfit, if it was just a normal day, how could he remember?

Purely speculation.

I agree with everything you just said except one thing....Casey left the house with poor Caylee (in laundry bag) when she heard George was in the shower. She knew the routine every morning. That way he wouldn't notice anything amiss...

I knew that there were shoes found in KC car but I didn't know that they were inside a sealed paper bag. IMO, those might be the shoes to connect KC to this crime. Had the shoes been tested when LE made a statement about postively connecting KC to this crime? I would think that if Caylee's fluid was on a pair of KC shoes.....what more do you need?

Excellent!!!

 Nancy didn't say paper, and she didn't say sealed.

LOL that's true Hot Dogs. But they were talking about the book.

OOOOOh! A poll. Great idea HP - I'll go start one now. ;)

Here's what I'm wondering. If CA took the pants out of the car and laundered them to cover for KC, why didnt she wash the shoes too? Or anything else left in there.

And what kind of plastic bag were these shoes allegedly wrapped in?
TIA

I thought they said a paper bag, but it's late and I'm tired...lol

Me too...but I think that it begun with a trip Cindy took with Caylee just one day before the big fight.
Theory:
- a long Car Ride to Great Grandpa in the assisted Living home, during which time Caylee who was starting to talk ...replied to some questions and innocently TALKED, revealed Casey's real world.

I also think that George did find some picture on Caseys computer of her in compromising positions.
He may have prompted Cindy to take that car ride with Caylee.
I think they all know one thing for sure Casey is not the victim in this case.
but that night did set her off.
...and you know what...I can even allow CA her world of delusion. That's her reality. But, ZG deserves her world to be righted. This cannot be about C and G any longer.

I don't remember paper, but I'll wait till the transcript to see how she expressed "sealed" (unless you DVR'd it and can report back...pleez!!!!).

She very well may have taken care of everything.

George's testimony about the "girls leaving" seriously hurts Casey. If he lied to help he didn't. He nails down Casey's timeline.

The pings match George's testimony.

Tony thought Casey was home. (according to what he said on the SM site)

I think Casey said she was going to work, drove up the street, waited for George to go to work and went back to the house after she saw him leave. For some reason Casey's changed Caylee's clothes.

LE took Caylee's denim skirts, sunglasses and all of Caylee's shoes into evidence. Which sounds like they are inspecting the clothes George described.

Or George never saw them leaving on the 16th, and LE has taken the clothes as evidence (building a case against George and Cindy for OJ) ?

Well, may as well go the whole 9 yards here.

What if GA thought the body was in the tire well. He got the tow guy to look in the trunk as a witness that no body was there. When he got home he sent CA into the house to wash clothes. Then he lifted the body (wrapped in 2 black trash bags) and put her in the laundry bag because it had handles and he put the body in the woods.

Could this be why KC keeps saying she doesn't know where Caylee is? "Are you kidding me? I don't know where she is". Maybe she didn't at that point.
