If anyone said to me, "They told me they were taking my child to teach me a lesson" it just beggars, "What lesson?" Lee never said he asked the question. And could not even come up with a good idea as to WHAT the lesson could be.

If you're going to come up with a BS excuse at least REASON through the excuse! Was Zanny teaching you a "lesson" because you stole from her, or because she thinks your a sorry parent, or because maybe you choked her throat?

There is something radically wrong with these people:bang: I can't take it:bang: How can they live with themselves??:furious:

We may not know what parts of this depo are bombshell but I can guarantee that LE will use this depo in gathering more evidence against KC and it will be used when LE interviews LA again. This deposition is very interesting.

I think this family THRIVES on drama and sensationalism, and this is why they WANT to believe KC. They like to think they're 'special' and so excel above common people (ex:Lee's solo investigation). What egos.

I think the forensics already indicate that Caylee was killed on the 16th, so Dopey must have pizzd Zanny off on day one? Almost looks like it must have been right there in plan charred park. Zanny did not hang about, so perhaps she used her gun? Is that the single bullet found with Caylee's remains? Currently FBI evidence?

Did anyone notice LA's eyes moving back and forth when he was answering the question about where KC worked ? He said that he did not know because he did not live at home and KC had been out of high school .....IMO he seemed to be really uncomfortable answering (not) that question....
I also find it VERY difficult to believe that he does NOT know the address of Mallory's parents....where she is currently living!!! All A's should be required to hook up to lie detector when they are talking

No because mostly what LA talks about is considered hearsay. Although there are a few statements that came directly from Casey to Lee which is NOT hearsay. But it can be used by LE to get better answers from LA when they reinterview him which CAN be used against her at trial.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this transcript and this thread. I think I peed myself laughing a couple of times! (Sorry for TMI. We're all friends here, right?)
That said, I have not watched the video yet: I am afraid I will go from punch drunk giggling to really pissed off. I have only seen a few clips on the news, and I wanted to throw something at the TV. I do not believe for one second that LA's HIGHLY inappropriate laughing is a "nervous laugh".
I want to say some really mean things about Lee, his ability to tell the truth, his manhood AND his bushy eyebrows, but I won't.
How disappointing for Caylee's memory that no one in her family of origin can tell the truth.

I sure wish I had the time to go through each of Lee's inconsistencies from previous testimony and statements compared to what he said in today's deposition.

I would gather it all up and fire it off in an email to Morgan so that, if and when they resume this deposition, Morgan would be able to confront Lee with all of his previous statements.

I just don't have time to do it.

I'll admit, I don't like Lee and really never have so I'm biased. Having said that I thought it was admirable (yesterday) that he was going to go through with the depo. I ***hoped*** that he'd step up, clear the air, tell the truth, and stand up for Caylee. Hope springs eternal, doesn't it? At worst I thought he'd get up there and plead the fifth. Somehow, to me, this was WORSE.

How is it possible for such a poor opinion of someone sink lower? I hate to be UGLY but this family sometimes makes Casey look good!

Hello, okie. Yes, this is a sworn statement. That is why the senior A's avoided their depostions.l Lee did have a lot to offer, right? Good job, Morgan and team!

I am loving the whole Timer55 story and ultra-villain ZFG plot. Crikey, what a story. I think we see defense's compelling story in this depo.
