Eeeew. Just saw on Nancy Grace the tape from the deposition- Lee, under oath, says the "CMA" he was referring to at the funeral was ALL 3 women in his life with those initials- Caylee, Casey and his mom. YUCK!

Not buying it. Didn't he also say it had been a long time since he had given CMA a hug or something along those lines? Well, the only CMA's he hasn't seen for a long time are Caylee and Casey.

I could be wrong. Maybe he did mean all three.

This is one of the saddest cases I have ever read.
The family claims to love CAYLEE (kc's BIG MISTAKE) yet actions and words speak volumes to me!
On the outside people saw NICE things.
Inside another story of DISASTER!
Dysfunction, mental illness, lies.........all I can say is RUN MALLORY RUN!!! imo

I am in shock that he told attorneys he was speaking to all three of the females in his house at the memorial.......poor Caylee. He should have lied and said it was for Caylee....oh, that precious baby!

Imagine...he took the baby's memorial to preach his loyalty to someone other than the deceased......boggles the mind.

I think he is just saying "All 3" now because it was obviously unbelievable that he could possibly use a silly expression for a small child. It is clear he was refering to CASEY alone when he use the term CMA. It does not make sense to have a secret pact etc with three?

During the Blanchard Park fable, Lee can't keep his hands off his nose...

Lee "doesn't know" if he told Police that Casey changed her story and now claims Zanny stole Caylee from Blanchard! If there was not a dead child involved here this would be laughable.

Lee cannot seem to remember the "Sister Samantha". He can't remember Zanny's sister's name. I've heard the fable and even I can remember the name. If someone KIDNAPPED your niece wouldn't you remember their names? Are you kidding me?

The actual order in which he "named" them, was - "my mom, my sister and Caylee."

Poor little sweet Caylee .......... still at the bottom of the heap where this screwy family is concerned.

Oh, and did I just miss it?

Surely his voice quaked, his lip quivered, his eyes filled with tears at some point today, huh?

He was so overwrought seventeen days ago at the Memorial, today he can just speak of a deceased Caylee so flippantly, showing no emotion?!?!

I'm done with Lee. He made such a strong emotional eulogy about missing CMA and how long it has been since he has seen her and wants to hug her. I thought others were being presumptious assuming he was not talking about Caylee. Now he has admitted this was the case. Gross! Those words of longing and pride were about Casey? Ewwwww!

It is just STUNNING to me that they (A family and Baez) are seemingly moving forward with the Zanny the Nanny defense. I would ASSUME that if they were not, Lee would not have been so ADAMANT still today about believing Casey (and essentially believing the ZFG tale).

Is there a human being on Planet Earth who really believes ZFG (or any "Nanny") stole Caylee?

Their Zanny the Nanny defense is multiple personalities, Zanny, not Casey, being the one who killed Caylee

Could it be that Lee is still pretending to be on Casey's side.....maybe he is afraid she will throw him under the bus. Maybe he DID have something to do with the coverup or disposal/moving of Caylee's body.

I just cant believe the family is still covering for her! How can they not see that she is the one who is causing all the pain and trouble that they are experiencing right now. I can understand being there for Casey, and still loving her, but OMG she murdered your grand daughter and lied about EVERYTHING (before, during and after the murder). This family will never be able to heal unless they quit enabling her.
A part of me wants to believe that they are HOPING she will come clean and that is the reason they are not ratting her out. They all know by now that threatening her will backfire, and if they DO tell LE what they know, she will somehow do them in too (legally,emotionally, etc)

Maybe they will all stand up and say (all at one time) "I killed Caylee". Gotta get her off somehow.
