We already heard kc admit to being timer-55. I thought this board figured out the meaning of this long ago. kc started counting the days on her computer from the day Caylee died. That is why she knew day 31 when Lee asked.

We can now see that ZG is alive and well and living inside kc's mind.....at least that is where the KC and the Sunshine (Baez) Band are going........hmmmm

Funny...

You would think if such communications existed then those would have cleared everything up for her. No such communications ever happened with ANY Zenaida-either online, in person or by phone because there never WAS a Zenaida.

I know that the CR has not had time to release a transcript (from experience, they get paid for accuracy and penalized heavily, for inaccuracy and subsequently take their sweet sweet expensive time with transcripts )... therefore, it must be a VR transcript sad ... so sad!

Depos in civil vs. criminal are different because what is at stake is simply monetary (**generally**) in civil cases.

But, Let's assume Lee had actually been the one who kidnapped Caylee, do you think he would have been able to "plead the 5th" then? I sure do! So never underestimate a person's ability to plead it.

I've never been in the report with my sister had he Caylee wasn't there where I would have seen that you know what I mean? I don't know. I don't know what

Okay, just got done watching. Hate to be late to the party... but O. M. G.!!!! Nuttier than squirrel turds, the whole lot of em!! I am blown away by this deposition. I don't know who LA thinks he's fooling, but I ain't buying what he's selling, and I seriously doubt anyone else will either. It is a big steamin' pile. And the "CMA" thing !! :furious::furious: That takes the prize for "most selfish act by a family member" (besides the most obvious one, of course).

It's wild that you said that. I've been reading the better part of this evening and the one distinct feeling I got was that he's gleaning info he got from here. I would love to see the pages that the "bag lady" took.

I have yet to read the thread, will do that now, but I just have to say Lee lost my attention when he first denied ever trying to track down Casey. From that moment on, I didn't believe one word he said.
