Lee says he is the one who was deleting all of her info from her online photo accounts, and My Space etc. He says here that he has NEVER been able to find any communication between Casey and Zenaida...hmmm...what does that tell you Lee? Use your head man!

Nope, gonna use it. Gonna say she forced KC into all that unattractive for a mommy-of-the-year behavior while Caylee was missing.

I cannot wait to see if she actually emailed/facebooked herself as Zanny (somehow it fits, given her documented propensity to send herself emails from fictitious bosses, coworkers, etc) or if this is just something she made up after she was "busted". The stuff off of her computer might be even more interesting than we thought!

I just cannot catch up here--after all that reading, trying to get thru this thread is an effort in futility....

But I do agree, at least the State will speak for Caylee!!! All the fine work of LE and all of the investigator's. Can't imagine how they're going to get thru a trial with this magnitude of BS.

This depo shows us the leaning of the defense, imo......Therefore, I see a conviction in KC' future!!!:behindbar

He says on July 3rd that everything disappeared from the My Space etc. From July 3rd on was what he was looking at and cleaning up. He makes mention of the fact that after his sister found out how he had found her that night when he went looking (online) the next day everything disappeared. Hmmmm...what does THAT tell you Lee?

It's wild that you said that. I've been reading the better part of this evening and the one distinct feeling I got was that he's gleaning info he got from here. I would love to see the pages that the "bag lady" took.

I have yet to read the thread, will do that now, but I just have to say Lee lost my attention when he first denied ever trying to track down Casey. From that moment on, I didn't believe one word he said.

What struck me from the outset is that LieA was less well informed than your average WSer. It was so frustrating as he struggled to answer question that I knew the answer to. I guess the lot of them should study WS before answering questions!

What Lee said was that he HAS to believe his sister.

The words "has to" are important here. Even Morgan stated that he directly asked Lee having to believe something and believing it is different and he would not answer.
I do not believe that Lee believes this in his heart, but he may "need" to believe it in his mind. That is understandable IMO! Who could believe something like this? Its his sister and his niece. For his own sanity he may have to believe that someone else did this. No its not healthy but IMO it is understandable. From what I have seen so far I think Lee is being honest I know I am going to get flamed but please understand this is my opinion. Thanks:blowkiss:

Okay, just got done watching. Hate to be late to the party... but O. M. G.!!!! Nuttier than squirrel turds, the whole lot of em!! I am blown away by this deposition. I don't know who LA thinks he's fooling, but I ain't buying what he's selling, and I seriously doubt anyone else will either. It is a big steamin' pile. And the "CMA" thing !! :furious::furious: That takes the prize for "most selfish act by a family member" (besides the most obvious one, of course).

I think the (F)ZFG team did a good job of showing that, plus idiocy, don't you?

I can hardly wait for the next depo sets, same team.

OMG!! He sounds JUST like Casey! The cadence. The "absolutelys". The delivery down to the T. The laugh. The ridiculous attention to directional details. Closed my eyes, and I could have sworn it was Casey with a chest cold talking. This is creepy.
He even used similar wording in how far he would go to get Caylee back. Got chills.

Lee was actually talking about the "script" Casey said Zenaida gave her?!?

Funny thing about that...Casey claims she had to follow the "script" to protect Caylee but the first thing she tells the police on the 911 call Zenaida's name? Hey Lee, Casey didn't seem to worried about following the "script" when she was spelling Zenaida's name out for the 911 operator now did she? I thought she was the fearless mom doing anything to protect her family and her daughter? :furious:

I hope he will, now. As mentioned earlier, I think LA might now see all the holes and false avenues, etc. Depo questions were very good, in the sense of enlightenment (what he did not think or do or consider) and for us (wow info per many things).

I have somehow missed the CMA reference and I have watched all three parts. Can you direct me to where that statement was-which part, approx. how far in? Anything...:blowkiss:

At about 13:45 on part 3 he states that Casey had received most of her communication from Zenaida from My Space or online...

Funny...

You would think if such communications existed then those would have cleared everything up for her. No such communications ever happened with ANY Zenaida-either online, in person or by phone because there never WAS a Zenaida.

Maybe, they are with psychic G's phone records.

And... he swore under oath that he had not heard the name(ZG) until KC /CA jail house phone call...

Could it be that Lee is still pretending to be on Casey's side.....maybe he is afraid she will throw him under the bus. Maybe he DID have something to do with the coverup or disposal/moving of Caylee's body.

I just cant believe the family is still covering for her! How can they not see that she is the one who is causing all the pain and trouble that they are experiencing right now. I can understand being there for Casey, and still loving her, but OMG she murdered your grand daughter and lied about EVERYTHING (before, during and after the murder). This family will never be able to heal unless they quit enabling her.
A part of me wants to believe that they are HOPING she will come clean and that is the reason they are not ratting her out. They all know by now that threatening her will backfire, and if they DO tell LE what they know, she will somehow do them in too (legally,emotionally, etc)

They are in CaseyFantacyLand. I gave up hope after his 'I believe everything my sister tells me' BS that LA MAYBE was the good guy!

I didn't not read the whole thread because I just spent the last hour reading LA's depo...but I have to say...if you are "investigating" everything to the point you take time off work, why would he not know SO much? He can't remember Zanny's sister's name? Are you KIDDING me?

ITA with the experts on NG...he's full of deceit.

The other thing is the more and more we hear from the As on how they handled this tragedy, the more I understand why KC is KC. For example, all the lying does not seem to bother the As very much at all! What?

I cannot be sure, but I think they use the same kind of make-up as well. Lee was definately made up for the ocassion-wanted to look his very best for the cameras that he despises SO much...

Congratulations Lee! You looked flawless...but you didn't sound that way. You sounded far-fetched, unbelievable, confusing and confused, naive to the point of needing a guardian to look after your affairs and somehow, the things you told there did not ring true...
