Yep and an arrest will be made. Then the charges against Casey will be dropped, with abject apologies from the SA, LE, LP, TM, JM, ZFG, the media, all the protestors, bloggers who have "defamed" her and the general public. A family defamation lawsuits against all will be filed. Finally, Casey will be re-nominated as Mother of the Year.

Good point, KK. I also thought Lee's facial expressions and shrugs, particularly in the first hour of the videos, were much like his father's.

And OH, those SHIFTY, SHIFTY EYES of Lee's. One of the specialists I read or saw remarked that when a gaze shifts to the right, the person is probably thinking; when the gaze shifts to the left, it indicates deception. With just a few exceptions, Lee's gaze constantly shifted to his left.

Hmmm, this reminds me of something I heard about if a dog's tail naturally rest to his right, he is friendly but if it rests to the left, he isn't.

Gosh...after reading the deposition...I am really frustrated. The members of this family just don't communicate effectively or something. And judging by some of his answers: he is either lying, in extreme denial or one of the most gullible people on the planet. You never doubted that there was a Zanny the nanny? Really Lee?

A. They probably do not want to get sued.
B. They have to admit she isn't the Zenaida. If they said YES. We all know what that implies.
C. They are hoping their jurors will be so ignorant of this case, that they will believe LEE.
D. I can't wait till the prosecution shows that there was NO BODY by that name that was at the Sawgrass apts. that entire time.
E. This family is terrified that their daughter will get the DP, so they are obsulutely covering her arse.

One of my favorite parts was when JM, I believe it was, told Lee "you don't get to make that decision" after Lee stated that a question asked was not relevant....again, the nerve these people have is astounding.

My most favorite part of this........besides plan charred park, of course!

Noticed he used such emphasis with the addition of......PERIOD!

I am too tired to go look for the reference now, but at one point didn't Lee state that Casey would lie to protect herself, and then asked Morgan if he wouldn't do the same thing?

Didn't he also state (in a roundabout way) that HE would lie to protect himself?

If he did, that is MAJOR fodder for the prosecution.

I'd almost given up on this ever happening......Until this sham of a deposition!

Who is he to play detective during a criminal investigation which included the FBI???
Who is he to demand ANYTHING be shared with him they may have on his sister???
AND
WHO is he to keep such 'Bombshell' EVIDENCE from LE, the Sheriff's dept or the FBI ie: a kidnapping at a public park, threats to other's lives, first and foremost, the life of a BABY???

Ya know, I think this may be what LE has on LA...that he had this knowledge of the BP scenario and didn't tell LE. Oh, IMO he's been questioned about it. He had to have been...why else would he say the story has been changed "on the record" (or whatever words he used)...that Casey admitted to lying to LE about leaving Caylee at SG apartments?

I know the obvious explanation would normally be that he uses "big" words he doesn't understand to make himself seem smarter than he is, but I think he is smart. I also think there's nothing completely "normal" about this guy, and his speech patterns don't jive with me. They're evidence of something--just like his inappropriate laughter--but I don't know what that "something" is. LOL.

I think it's poor education. And I respectfully disagree with you that he's bright. I think appearance is of critical importance to the family---and they all try, far too hard, to appear intelligent and close/loving, and happy.

But their misuse of language causes part of the facade to crumble. (The murder of their grandchild, another part.)

I really need to find and post this article I read about sociopathic speach patterns. They use the incorrect words at the incorrect times because they don't connect with the emotional meaning of words. Their comments are completely innapropriate, creepy and bizarre. You and I would say about a kid who got hit on a bike "Omg, his poor mother!" A sociopath would say "Oh no, his bike got mangled" They flat out say things that make you scratch your head.

Good ones can fake the emotional responses scarily well. But if you're skilled at identifying them, you can usually find a crack in the facade.

I have not really observed inappropriate word use a la Anthony in the sociopaths I know, except in labeling the emotions they do not experience. (Not that other sociopaths don't do it--it's just not a prominent feature among those I know.)

Bodyguards with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, shared another theory with them about when and where the toddler disappeared.

The bodyguards shared the theory with CNN's Nancy Grace on Monday night.

Nancy Grace: What did she tell you Robert about leaving little Caylee in a park with numerous people?

Robert Dick: Well, basically, it just changed a little bit. The story is still kind of the same but instead of the sawgrass ...

Nancy Grace: The only thing that's the same is that the alleged Zenaida Gonzalez is there. Tell me.

Robert Dick: That's right, but she met her at Blanchard Park instead.


Dick is a bodyguard with Padilla. He said Casey Anthony changed her story yet again.

Investigators said she originally told them she dropped the toddler off at an apartment complex, but Dick said she recently said it was Blanchard Park.

On MySpace someone can change your password a couple of ways ...
1.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]If you know the original password you can simply log in and change it ... an email would be sent to the email address on file, telling you only that your password had been changed ... NOT what it was changed to. (why would the kidnappers know Casey’s original password.)

2.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]You can click “forgotten password” at login and MySpace will send a link to your email account for you to use in order to complete a change of password ... for someone to surreptitiously use this method to change your password they would have to also have access to your email account. Let’s say that Caylee’s kidnappers possessed the skills to access KC’s email and used this method … they would still have to contact KC and let her know what the new password was, in order for her to access the account without her resetting it again the next time she logged on.
ALSO … and of SOOOO much importance … because of cyber-bullying MySpace states that it logs the IP address of anyone accessing the account at anytime … so it will show a the IP address allowing LE to identify their approximate location at the time the account was accessed.
Anyone with L33T Haxor skills wanna weigh in … please?

I was reading from the site (?) that appeared to be transcribed by a 6 yr old! What the heck was that about? Ugh! It was almost impossible to figure out anything at certain points & that happened to be one of them..I think? the other lawyer (Mink?) said something about lawyers (Morgan) are not be asked Q's or answer them..Did I get that right & does anyone have a link to where I can actually read ALL that was said? TIA!

Had a neighbor over last night (was why I got behind here) and we were talking about the same thang. Parallel Universe. Yup------they sure slipped in from somewhere.

I'm getting a late start tonight and haven't read any posts, and there are already 11 pages. Rather that start reading at this late hour, I will just give my opinion, and hope to hear what you all think. I think LA is really trying to get Casey convicted! No joke! I know this sounds really odd, but I thought it was so strange way back when LA was giving all that info about KC to LE, almost like he was an informate. It surprised me at that time. It seemed strange that he was laughing during the depo, but I watched NG a second time,and it looked lilke he was laughing only when he was giving answers that made his sister look crazy! and guilty! He even seemed to smirk when he said he still believed everything his sister said! An example was when he was asked if he saw her when he looked for her till 3am. His answer had the tone (after he laughed) to say: "NO, she is so stupid and crazy,and I can't even defend her on that." (not his real words, but maybe his implication) That might also explain when he told her before that he would keep the promise he had made her. That promise may have been (and I think I remember one of you commenting on this before) that "I know you killed Caylee, and I will help bring you to justice." This may be me just rambling, but I am very interested in what you all think about this idea.

What Morgan should have done is present Lee with the certified transcript and asked ... is this accurate?

And then they would miss out on the hundreds of billable hours this depo is going to burn up to prove Lee is no more believable than KC?

He put that out there himself, make no mistake what he was saying when he said "I believe everything KC has told me". He knows KC is a proven liar, now he has gone on record saying I'm going to repeat her lies.

Can the state use this testimony at KC's trial? (With permission) Is it in anyway possible the state is working with Morgan and Co for their prosecution of KC?

Ok...now here's something I don't quite understand. Lee states on a couple (or few) occasions that Casey changed her story on her "visit" home in August. He also stated in the depo that it was "on the record" that she told LE that she lied about the original story. My question is, what "record"? When did she have another discussion with LE where she recanted her original story? Did I miss something? The only "record" I know of is LP's statement on NG. So when did this flip flop occur? Has it appeared in any of the doc dumps?

As far as I know, the change in the story has only been reported by the family thus the media.

And, as far as I'm concerned, that is not allowed when it comes to truthful "story" telling.

Thanks, Shaymus. I was up almost all night reading the rough draft and taking care of sick grandbaby so my brain is a little off today.

I thought that was what I had read.

In the highly unlikely event that Lee does get called to the stand in Casey's criminal trial, his testimony is going to be SO easy to impeach.

Likewise, if he is charged with any crimes (I keep hoping that day is coming for ALL of the Anthonys), he has already stated that he will lie to protect himself, so there goes any chance of him taking the stand in his own defense to try and explain his actions.

Utterly amazing.

Sad to say, I think you're right. I have tried, and I mean REALLY tried to understand where this family is coming from. They just DO NOT make any sense PERIOD!!

What doesn't make sense to me is the hallowed family unit they are so proudly, and outspokenly, determined to preserve has so far yielded up: one murderous, thieving, sociopathic young mother; one unprotected murdered baby; one dishonest, hen-pecked, suicidal grandfather; and one universally disliked, dishonest, defiant grandmother who would, without a qualm, send someone else's child to prison if she could to spare her daughter. And then there's Lee...who defies description.

And that is why when they rave about "our family" I always hear, "our coven."

I just took legal custody of my nephew thru the court this past Tuesday :woohoo: so I'm back & forth tending to his needs and trying to keep up here! Not so easy, I tell ya!
