Are we talking the blog where he names the 33 friends who stuck by him? I don't have a link, but that was strange!
I would love to see those blogs...never have.

I cannot wait to read LP's deposition by JM! That will be a good one and I suspect the two will get along famously! It will be straightforward and informative!

O/T

wish I could!

Did Lee say he "HATED" LP? Sorry for the Q but I was reading the rough draft done by the 6 yr old so I couldn't be sure!

a snippet of Lee's testimony at Casey's bond hearing gives insight into his thought process regarding he and his sister:

Baez: How close are you with your sister?
Lee: It's easy to summarize that as saying that her and I know that we can confide in each other on things on a level where we don't feel like we would have to be obligated to share it with anybody else. And that is just because of the relationship that her and I have that we connect on a level above anybody else – we love each other unconditionally. And we can tell each other things that we may not feel comfortable telling anybody else even our own family members.

Who am I to argue with such impeccable logic as this. :blowkiss: However, I still think there's something unrelated to intellect that accounts for Lee's deliberate, conflicting, speech habits--just as I think Lee deliberately dressed inappropriately for Caylee's memorial not out of ignorance, but for some other reason. Defiance? Arrogant refusal to conform? I don't know.
Oh, he's defiant all right.

I may have them saved so I'll get them to you IF I do! It may take some time to look..Sorry!

He sure DID! And I thought that was strange that he would have HATRED for this man for no reason that I understand .... yet no anger or hatred for his murdering sister.

Too bad he couldn't telepathically know if she had a job or not.

Lee said HE "tracked down 3 -4 of Casey's PHOTO sites" and HE wanted to DELETE them because they had been sensationalized in the media (what right did he have to do such a thing????) Casey apparently had more than one photobucket account. What else did Lee feel HE needed to delete from Casey's computer?

I found it odd when Lee stated "KC and I have hundreds of friends between us". HUH

Oh, and as to their language skills< I hate it when the Anths say "she won't tell me where she's at" grrr makes my teeth hurt!!

It doesn't really matter ... if I took a statement from you RR, under the oath of The court ... whatever you said ... under oath -- would be just that ... testimony under oath! Hope LA's lawyer told him as such ... but doesn't matter ... ignorance of the law is not justification for breaking it!
Oooh good, no take backs.
Thank you!!

Hey there, Mac-- Did you also hear him describe Casey's stunned shock/lack of action at JBP as Casey being in "stasis"?

amysmom, I am quoting your post but wanted to comment on the word 'stasis' that appears to be in Friday's post. I could not find the original post.

Anyway, I will be the first to admit that my use of the English language is not perfect and I sometimes use words out of context, but this word stasis just takes the cake!

LOL, I did stop and look that word up because it is not a part of my vocabulary! According to Mirriam-Webster dictionary the meaning is:

1.) The slowing of the current of circulating blood.

and

b.) Reduced motility of the intestines with retention of feces.

Now being the simple person I am, I will go with b. It seems to be a condition this family are all afflicted with.

You are so funny! :blowkiss:

Just for the record: Stasis...

"Motionless state in which there is neither motion nor development, often resulting from opposing forces balancing each other."

I like your improvisation much better, of course.

It's poetic justice that they've all backed themselves into a corner with the Zanny story that reads like an episode of the Twilight Zone. It's so absured but they have no choice but to repeat the same rediculous story over and over and over as if it's the truth. If they don't Casey will get the DP and they will end up in handcuffs. They have no choice but to make themselves look like fools. They might as well be saying Aliens did this. What's really ironic about all of this is, for all their efforts and making fools of themselves, Casey will be convicted with at least LWOP and they end up in handcuffs anyways.
I honestly expected (maybe still expect) KC to stay away from the whole FZFG story. As you say ludicrous. It is like trying to have a serious discussion about known movements of the Tooth Fairy. It leads to all the nonsense about messages and phone calls in June/july right up to Caylee on the phone July 15th That lot is plainly nonsense and then requires FZFG to dump the body during searches and investigations?

Where is the realm where I can confide in someone on a level that is above the Constitution of The United States of America??? ... I want to find this place ... where I can conspire with anyone I please ... A'hem back to reality, guess what Lee? ... there is not, under the law of this land, a safe harbor for you to speak to your sister under complete confidence unless you were to marry her ... and yes, Lee, I mean in this dimension!

Gawwwwd please get me out of this grade b-scifi movie!!

In the past he had written some blogs about his life and he seemed to be very depressed, angry, and unhappy. It was almost as if Casey was writing the blogs, but they were from Lee and he was talking about how troubled his life and family were. I do not have the link, sorry. But I did read them. Maybe someone else recalls the blogs I am talking about. I feel that Cindy has OCD, Narcissism and other. With her physiological genes I think she created two very disturbed children, and Casey being the monster out of the two. JMO...

They were on Lee's MySpace. I read them several months ago. At the time he wrote the one about his ex gf (who was married to someone else at the time) he was very raw and let it all out. Most of the things he wrote were very inappropriate for a public blog.

When I'm upset about a situation it really helps me to "write it out", sometimes I'll even do it in letter form to the person I'm having issues with. But never, ever would I post it in a public forum or even send the first (several) draft(s) to the person I'm upset with. Let go of the anger, then deal with the problem. Unfortunately "anger" is behind almost everything the A's do.

But you're right, everyone in this family had huge issues long before Caylee went missing. Long before Caylee was even born.....

Here they are -

I feel we also need to objectively take regional dialect into account here also.

I want to state before I write this thought is that I am not bashing our fellow Ohioans (is that the correct word?) in any way. I'm speaking only from experience of having a very close and dear friend from Ohio. My friend uses incorrect grammar similar to the A's, like using 'WENT' instead of 'GONE' etc. Heck, he often makes up words like, 'volumptuous' and such. Well, you get the picture. He is my friend and I love him dearly and it makes no difference to me, but I'll (gently) correct him and he laughs and he knows he's butchering the English language but it is ingrained in him. When I go to visit family in Alabama, it takes me a month or so to lose my hometown slang after returning home. I have never laughed so hard in my life since my daughter came home from kindergarten in '86 and asked me " What have you'uns been up to today?" LOL we had recently moved from AL to the NC mountains and I had never heard yu'ns (that's how it sounded) ever in my life.

However, even if Lee's grammatical errors are forgiveable for whatever reason, it doesn't make up any difference for his odd behaviour, body language, ill timed laughing jags, and mistruths in his statements!

Respectfully, matilda

I agree, Friday! And why would he feel this 'smug superiority' if he wasn't privvy to facts that others aren't? His transparency is so obvious to me, it leaves me baffled that others don't call him out about it:bang::furious:.

I just realized that Lee, Cindy, and Casey all seem to exhibit similar attitudes of superiority and entitlement.

ITA. I know that introducing an imaginary person presents problems at trial. That's why Geragos was never able to mention the Hippies/Gypsies in a van did it after his opening argument. So where is this going? It almost makes me think they have a real person they'll throw under the bus and claim that is their "ZFG".
