Lol-referring to the professional pictures, the dumb halloween pictures are totally different category. They may have content, but they are definitely not professionaly taken pictures.

as crass as this is going to sound, there are hundreds of girls out there practically giving pictures of gratuitous bjs away for free.

this picture isnt even featured on its own site, its just lumped together with a handful of other bj pictures.... with no nod to its individuality or specialness.

NO ONE is paying anyone to go to the trouble of editing this photo the amount it would have been edited if this is in fact KC.

if a pornographer wants a picture of someone with a different hairline or different nose giving a bj, well they will just get one. there are plenty of girls to choose from. plain and simple.

I know people who have Sjorens Syndrome (dry eye/dry mouth) and it can be a huge problem. "House" even used it once. :yes:

But geeez, couldn't they have someone on standby right outside the Courtroom door if this were a medical necessity. It's not like they were sequestered for 14 weeks WITHOUT gum.
Counsel could have arranged to have staff armed with gum, just outside the door.

It probably would be more polite to quietly leave the Courtroom to access this extreme medical necessity than it is to do the exaggerated chewing. I haven't watched the whole thing. I don't really know who was chewing while Court was in session, but lawyers usually try to stop that type of conduct.
If their teeth are suffering irreversible decay during a relatively short motion hearing, they need a better dentist. Just my humble opinion...

That's really not a good comparison. One picture the face is stretched out, the other has her face scrunched up. One picture she has alot of makeup, the other has very very little if any. JMO.

I'd like to see more evidence of him being denied access to his client. Having to wait 5-10 minutes is not being denied access IMO. I don't know how jails work but I can't imagine that an attorney can walk in at any time and see his client immediately.

On the other hand, sending her to the medical unit to view the coverage seems strange but if that is standard procedure (and I sure hope it is) then JB has no complaint. The OSCO rep said the camera that caught her reaction has always been there so it wasn't placed there specifically for Casey. Casey requested medication so medical treatment has to take priority over JB's wishes to see her the instant he walked through the door. If they ignored her hyperventilating/request for meds and sent her directly into JB's arms and she really did have a medical problem, they would have had a law suit on their hands.

I'd really like to know the order of events that day ( don't care a bit about Baez and his whining...irrelevant IMO). Is this how they broke the "news" to her? Standing in front of a tv watching LE investigating the scene? I have to say IF that's the case then it's pretty cruel...not that I think that any emotion Casey expressed at the time had ANYTHING to do with Caylee....but, if they told her that way, still cruel IMO. (and no, I haven't totally lost my mind!)

I've been wondering that same thing. I thought I recalled it being JB who broke the news to Casey, but apparently that's not the case.

Not sure if this has been responded to yet - but Baez DID realize that photo had been released. He was showing an example of why these other photos should not be released, because people will make dolls out of them and sell them on ebay.

I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with that...besides the fact that his client isn't getting a cut of the money.

Water does not work the same way.All it does is give temporary relief to the sensation of dryness. When you chew calorie free gum you create excess saliva which helps to prevent the decay caused by an extremely dry mouth.

But half an hour or so of no gum chewing would not cause any problems. Am not saying they should have chewed in court just pointing out a possible reason why they would have been allowed to.

After Caylee went missing is not what brought Casey TO that point. After Caylee went missing was the SUM of all that had come before in Casey's life. Before Caylee went missing tells the story of WHY Caylee went missing and why her mother came to that point. Before Caylee went missing matters more than anything considering that she did not actually "go missing" she went to her grave and ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that her mother did to THAT point IS relevant to WHY she murdered her daughter. The pictures from the years previous may hold a clue to the when and where of what became of Casey's life and what it developed into that she wanted RID of her baby. The pictures from BEFORE can and likely do explain the circumstances that put Caylee in a swampy grave before her 3rd birthday. EVERYTHING is relevant once your child is found DEAD! Nothing is exempt. :razz:



Nope, but she is not in THAT majority...she is in another one, the minority who DO murder their children. Casey is no longer "most kids her age" and 22 year old's are not "kids" especially ones who have kids themselves. They are full grown YOUNG ADULTS and they know right from wrong. She isn't just some kid who partied and stole. She is a young mother who murdered her BABY and this puts her in a category for which the upmost scrutiny is required. Once we murder our children, I don't think we can categorize that as "just kids being kids".:croc:

Thank you. Photobucket is a legitimate account and they delete "trash/". As I said, Baez is making a big deal out of nothing. What will be relevant are the pics after Caylee went missing. Nothing beforehand.

He's brought so much attention to this that it's just made it worse. Now, EVERYONE wants to see the pics.
