What you just said is so important. He wants prosecution to do his "discovery" for him, but when they find something he doesn't like, then he cries "foul".

JB always has to 'LOOK INTO THINGS'. He has had since December to question these jail personnel etc and look at the video and he hasn't done it. What does he do all day??

Judge said he would take it under advisement...sounded like he might rule on that later today.
