You are right, it shows manners to the court for the Ants to dress up for court. But past behavior showed them wearing shorts, sloppy tee-shirts and flip flops to meet with the FBI. And I believe at their initial day in court they didn't know how to dress. Now they are uptown.

I think they were dressed like that not for any other reason except that they know that the eyes of the world are upon them , well those in the world following this case at least.

I think they know they are going to be picked to death like Casey is, so they made sure they dressed nicely and looked like they made an effort.

Personally I see nothing wrong in this. It shows manners to the courtroom

I think if I was Jose B. I would be worry about picture 64 and 67 of Caylee and Heart on the bottom. To me that is going to be very damaging to Casey's Team.When I seem the picture first thing that pop in my head was the duct tape.
I could care less about Casey's party habits we all seem that from the begining.
And I seem the two of Caylee and did not think of the duct tape until now. Picture 105
with the guy with Kill on his hand, I like to know who he is, I don't think I seem that one before.

Did any of you think get the impression that the female bailiff was on Anthony watch? I am wondering if they thought the Anthony's would get too close to Casey...maybe pass her something, maybe slap her upside the head...who knows.

Sorry-I shouldn't be flip. I still think the female bailiff was watching them....

They were both chewing gum which is prohibited in the courtroom.
It was the guard's duty to tell them to spit it out, but she didn't. She just stared at them in contempt.

You might find it useful to note that each day there is a 'Daily Updates' thread posted at the top of this forum. Posters, and especially Angel, update the thread throughout the day with links to videos, news articles, picture slide-shows, etc.

I find it very helpful to visit that thread first to quickly find pertinent details before jumping into the other threads. Up-to-speed super fast and no searching for videos, etc. Especially helpful for people with the big time difference.

This might be a really dumb question but when people go to motions is there a defense side vs prosecution side to sit on or do you just sit wherever there is seating? Like the woman who was sitting next to CA at this motion, since she sat on that side would that mean she is part of the defense or something?

Kalani Bowles lives in the Anthony neighborhood. I don't know why he has injected himself into this case. Before the hearing today, he gave Cindy a hug. He said she is so strong. At the memorial service at the site, he spoke at length with LP. He's a nobody that wants to be somebody. I asked him why he wasn't in school. He said he takes classes on-line. At the last hearing, I watched him text someone about how "hot" Casey looked.

The seating is open seating. The reporters and the public were sitting on both sides of the aisle, wherever there was an available seat.
That being said, the parents of the accused usually sit as close to the defendant as possible and the relatives of the victim sit as far away as possible.

Incredibly complicated to pick where to sit in this case for the A's, isn't it?

How many people from the public would you guess were there? Does it appear to be drawing crowds?

Also, we didn't get to see much of the SA's facial and body reactions this time to JB. Do they seem to have an easy-going professional relationship, or is it tense?

Wonder if that camera was filming for the defense so they can review her demeanor. Aren't there experts who do this?

I thought this too, RR...there is no way that JB would have allowed one lone cameraman to film from the front, unless he worked for JB...since it is obvious that all other "news" cameras were filming from the back of the room.

The pictures everyone is disecting tonight are pictures that have been out for awhile. They have been discussed and disected many times at WS. They have been around the world 10 times over. They are most likely NOT the pictures that JB was talking about. He said they are from a private account and that no one has seen them till yet. And the judge said (paraphrasing) that he could understand why JB wouldn't want those released. That doesn't sound like the 100 pics everyone is looking at.
