If you look at the pic, it looks like greyish colored smudges near the eyebrows....could that be a bad photoshop to clean up KCs messy real life eyebrows??

Great work, smolea. You've pointed out the tiny "divit/hole" on girl's nose in the location where a piercing might be. But I can see two other similar holes close to that one. Does girl actually have some acne scar pockmarks on her nose?

i saw those other two as blemishes. piercing holes have a teardrop shape to them.

ETA : i also think the "photoshopping" isn't very detailed as seen by the two black marks between the eyebrows.

THANK YOU! Finally! I called that this was Casey months ago and was using my art degree and experience in facial structure to make that determination.

For those of you questions about her nose, in the dirty picture she is pushing her lips OUT and in the smiling pictures we usually see she is pulling her lips over her big teeth. The nose seems to change shape between regular smiling and the other activity seen in the dirty pic. I think this (among other things) account for the seeming differences in the nose shape.

I also notice (in the full pic) that this "girl" has on acrylic nails....wonder if kc ever had any put on?? any photos floating around of kc with them on? i havent seen any, but then again, I wasnt looking for that either.

well i think i just answered my own question about the fake acrylic nails! i found a pic of kc on wftv.com (pix from her partying with friends) and she clearly has on fake nails! hair length is the same as the pic as well. let me see if this link works

I have really good imaging software and have done photo retouching for years. Ok, here's my take: I looked at the fake picture, it's easy to see that ring around the iris is very distinct. I blew it up like 25 times it's original and looked at all the markings in the iris and in the veins in the whites of the eyes and compared to known Casey photo. The ring is obvious not in the real photo. Also, the nose is very different, which we have already determined, and it's would be difficult to reshape the nose like that as well as that is done. She'd have to go to a very skilled graphics professional for that. I need to see more chin on the fake to make it positive, and also a close up of the nostrils on Casey to compare the scars. But as it is, I'm at least 85% positive it is not a match. JMO

I wouldn't put it past her to try it, or even put a camera on her computer and get paid that way, but I just think she's so vain, that she wouldn't be keeping it a secret, it'd already be known. Also, I think that if she were prostituting, Jons would be coming out of the woodwork trying to grab their 15 minutes.
