2009.03.05 More Discovery documents released in the Casey Anthony Case

It says several calls were made to this number with AL's phone, and one with Casey's, but I'm not sure what this means.

Months ago we were told by the media that prosecutors were able to pinpoint the time of death to something like a week. The botanist may give the defense room to argue that Caylee may have died in June, but was placed in the woods in October.

Did a different expert botanist say that? Again, I haven't read the botany part of the docs. Nonetheless, four months is mid-August.

So as I was looking through those images that were signed by TonE, there was the picture of himself and Casey at Fusian. I believe she was wearing the blue dress, but hard to tell in the black and white photo. In any case, the caption under the picture, as it was saved onto the computer hard drive that these particular images came from was (I swear it is true!): ho.jpg.

This video doesn't prove anything. Aren't many "family batterers" really sweet and sorry and friendly at times, especially in front of other people/cameras, etc?

If necessary, the prosecution can always run this video alongside of Casey's temper tantrum at the jail in August with her parents.

If I was the prosection, I would just take the many videos of Caylee being recorded with ZERO interaction from the person filming. There are several of Caylee clearly speaking to the person filming, and reaching out to the camera with NOTHING being said back to her. She was completely ignored. As a mother of 2, who shoots videos like a mad woman there isn't 1 single video from birth on, of me not speaking to my kids. I'm always trying to make them smile and do the cute things I want to remember forever. I got chills watching a lot of those videos. JMO

The pics/videos of Haleigh & her dad are completely different--you can see he is really playing with his child and that SHE is his focus, not himself being filmed! In all the KC pics she's 'posing' with Caylee--mugging herself up!

the ones where no one else is around have disturbed me so much, particularly the '1 2 3 Cheese' and 'Breakfast with Caylee' I saw way back on You Tube!

I hope the SA does just as you said--show the REAL Casey with the video when no one else is around, ignoring Caylee til she finally just turns her back on her mother.............after trying and trying to get HER to respond to her cuteness!


BTW, can any one tell me what & where is the 'parking lot'?

I remember seeing texts from Cindy to KC along the lines of "Remember me?" "Call me" "I myspaced you"..stuff like that, nothing too revealing. I don't think I ever saw the ones from KC to Cindy though.

The "Parking Lot" is near the bottom of the first page of the Websleuths Forum in the "Private Forums" section (which you can only see it if you are a member and logged in).

If I'm reading the documents right, it appears that KC uploaded a picture of Fusian lounge to her photobucket from Lee's IP address at 9:27 am CT on 6/16/08. Also, 2 Fusian flyers uploaded on 6/09/08 from Lee's IP address at 7:14 am CT.

On page 4044, Lee's IP address is identified as 97.100.16.240.
pgs. 4010 and 4013 show the pictures I refer to.
p 4046 has the log that shows that these three pics were uploaded at these times from Lee's IP.

Surely, LA wasn't uploading Fusian pics to KC's photobucket. Does this mean that KC was at Lee's house on the morning of June 16th? He never mentioned that she was, IIRC. And where was Caylee if KC was at Lee's that morning...at home with George?

If someone could review this material to see if I'm wrong about this I would be grateful. It's late and I may be seeing something that's not there.


ETA: I see now that Lee's address is listed on that page with IP id as 4937 Hopespring Dr. I take it that this means the account at CA and GA's house is in Lee's name?

I'm still looking through everything, but so far I've only seen these two pages released via wftv link, also available in a slide show here.

It seems the "new" photos that were released are the basically same ones discussed in these two posts from the photobucket thread: post 1 & post 2 + the already released heart-embellished photo of Caylee.

No, I don't think so, although I haven't had time yet to look closely at everything. And the docs are on my other computer, not the bedside laptop I'm on right now.

I believe they are just a list of text times and dates, not the texts themselves. And a list of calls made back in Feb/March from Casey's cell.

it wasnt even marked as amy's messages.

the only part that was interesting was the "omg dont tell anyone" message she got... but then i read through all the outgoing messages and while i could figure the rough time frame (via movie talk etc) i cant find the corresponding outgoing message which prompted whomever to shock.
