Looked thro Geraldo 2x today looking for this (and Busy still owes me my wine.) What Geraldo said was that Chad and Marcus told him the story about the marijuana.

Didn't Chad and Marcus tell Geraldo about Ron saying that he was 95% sure (or something like that) that he knew who took Haleigh?

That's the problem. We have the first police report that contains a-lot of errors. We don't have anything after that. I really wish they would release something anything so we could get past what Misty said or didn't say. I think that would help many of us to get past the beds, the blankets, the timeline etc.

Crystal did not hire a PI? Is this one of those, someone hired him on her behalf? She is receiving alot of credit for the new HaleighBug foundation and command center, all the while throwing some Very serious accusations around. I just don't see how this can help Haleigh.

My sound isnt working on my computer, so I cant listen to this video. Is there a transcript anywhere of JVM talking about the couch. t his is driving me carzy. Checked everything to do with sound for weeks. TIA :banghead:NB

:banghead: What difference does it make?!?! So what if he did or did not say he felt he was 99% sure of who took Haleigh or if he said he was 5% sure of who took Haleigh...if he really doesn't know for certain who took Haleigh?!

But we do not know when she put him in the big bed, was it she put him on the couch at 8 for the movie, carried him to big bed at 9:30 after he had fallen asleep, then she went and laid down after laundry done at 10:30? I am just not convinced it is a story change.

Maybe this isn't a story change, but it is the first time I've heard anything about the couch bouncing. I did hear 2 movies, but I don't remember hearing watched in 2 different rooms. And now the man in black is a black man? this attorney has her hands full.:doh:

Omg. I knew there had to be more to Jr.'s story than the squeaking shoes and man in black. A child that age would know nothing about sex and have no reason to make up a story about a bouncing couch and there's only a few reasons a couch would be bouncing. There's no way in heck that Crystal is making this up just for spite. Jr saw something. Even Misti placed him as being awake as she supposedly drifted off to sleep! Poor Haleigh. A man in all black took Haleigh, possibly a black man, with squeaky shoes, somehow connected to a bouncing couch. Someone needs to take this very seriously. Jr is the only witness willing to talk.

Maybe nothing bounced and there were no squeaky shoes or black man/man in black. (sigh) I don't know...Rj could have seen someone take Haleigh...he could have. However, I am having a hard time now believing all the detail coming out. I know a 4 yo can be very smart and a good witness as Blake Davis was a great witness at even 2 yo. Still...if someone is leading his answers...then they become totally unreliable and this is exactly what Crystal did on national tv.

That is one idea. Another is iF there was a bouncing couch then maybe that explains the yelling that was supposedly heard at 2:25am or thereabouts. (Misti yelling at whoever was bouncing the couch.)

I don't know why but I have doubts about this child's story. Maybe it is because we were told at first that he kept changing his story. I think a child that age could even mix up a dream with reality. But then I think again to the little boy who told them that Mommy was crying and Mommy was in the rug, and it turned out she was. So I guess I have mixed feelings arout what RJ is saying and wouldn't base a theory just on his words.

We agreed on 1/2 glass cause no where does it say Chad and Marcus told him about the marijuana - Chad and Marcus never speak during the interview, Crystal is the one talking and Crystal is the one that tells Geraldo stuff Chad and Marcus said so who knows who told who what.

Yep well Crystal says that is what Chad and Marcus said, but after Chad is interviewed by police - the story changes to he didnt tell Chad he told someone else that.

This is an interesting thought..... The yelling has not been verified to date right? But just thinking out loud - was Misti fighting someone off? Was there an arguement over drugs/money/who knows? Or was the yelling really playful noises from a couple of boisterious drunks?

As I said - just thinking outloud. Misti did not sound drunk in the 911 call.

And as an aside - I want to say I agree 100% with the Cummings' family wish to keep Jr out of the news and the spotlight. I don't care whether or not CS is lying - I just think she should shut up about Jr! I don't think what he did or didn't see should be discussed on TV, in the papers, on the radio or really with anyone other than LE. I just think it is scary for this little boy, especially because we don't know what happened to Haleigh.

Ugh all I am gonna say is read the transcript lol. Its there and I am sure I am not the only one that heard it, but at this point I am too tired so lets agree to disagree. I left downstairs for a reason and would prefer things from there not be brought here.

Ok, now, busy. Two times listening to Geraldo in one day. I need way more than 1/2 glass of wine. I didn't hear anything about bricks of pot in1054 on that clip. Crystal did talk about their mutual cocaine use while living at RC's mom's house. But no talk about pot at all. __________________

Crystal was just on there talking and she was saying she has no reason to lie about anything that Junior said. She said that RJ told her the second week that she had him that the man was black and that his shoes squeeked when he walked. He also mentioned something about the couch.

Oh and get this one you guys she also said that Misty deals drugs.
