Why is NG acting like this information is new?

Grandmother: "if you'd only asked me for the money I would've given it to you. Don't do this again". Grandmother didn't press charges, and Casey went on to steal again.

Casey's Grandmother said......

"If you would have just asked me I would have given you the money & told her not to do it again" (Steal her checks)

But Casey ended up stealing another check anyway

Talking about the plot of land where Caylee's body was discovered being up for sale.

  • #25
I believe that is a very true statement. I've always thought part of the motive behind Caylee's murder was revenge against CA.

Me too....

I think Casey was "Fantasizing" about killing Caylee to get even with her mother for some time & the fight with her mother on June 15th finally pushed her over the edge.

I would love to know exactly what was said between them that night.

I think Cindy threatened to take Caylee away

NG & guests talking about possibility of Casey's character being brought in during trial and for every good point defense would try to bring out the state can counter with all these bad acts.

LP on now, possibly going to buy land where Caylee 's remains were found?

  • #27
Talking about how many of these documents will be admissable at trial...if defense tries to offer up positive testimony about Casey that opens the door for the state to bring in evidence to the contrary...evidence of stealing from family, etc...

LP is talking about purchasing the land where caylee's body was discovered & eventually make a "Park" dedicated to Caylee & then donate the land to the County

It's a nice Idea but I don't believe him - I think this is Just another Publicity stunt

In Shirley's recently released interview, she says that Cindy threatened to get custody before Casey left.

I think all of her audience doesn't necessarily follow this case on line. She is serving them as well.

I like what MK is saying about the property where Caylee was found and the odd sorts of people (LP) who might be interested in buying it...NG saying LP's intention is honorable. Maybe so...but I still find it disconcerting.

Praying SP's not watching......

Please God, protect SP.

Marc Klaas is totally against the idea, but Nancy thinks his intentions are honorable.

I wonder what LP has in mind with acquiring this land ? I would like to see a permanent memorial placed there for Caylee.

Nancy showing the jail visit by GA/CA and part of Casey's interview with LE again.

Mike Brooks: Agent Moore from task force put together detailed records of cell phone calls/text messages, brought in engineers from at&t re: signal strength of cell towers. No record of any communications with a ZG. Text msg. also send, preemptively according to Agent Moore, about a dead animal on the frame of her car (to explain odor in car).

Tot mom (always sounds like NG is saying Top mom...) KC's phone records and tower configurations are extremely darning. I don't care what else the defense's efforts are going to be...explain those away. Were it not for the Father's Day video at the nursing home...the time line would be more loose. But I doubt KC was there that day...and I doubt she would care about a day not honoring her. Hence the noose tightens.

Richard Herman: (defense) 'not everybody has a cell phone registered in their own name'. :innocent:

Yep, as usual he's like a dog that keeps running around a tree, not getting anywhere with his argument (paraphrasing Nancy on that!).
