I know we know that L Padilla is interested in the purchase of the lot where Caylee's remains were found.

Orlando 13 News has confirmed that he did in fact make an offer of $50,000 for the lot.

We are waiting to see if the offer is accepted. It is not indicated when the time for acceptance of the offer will expire, or when we might see a counteroffer.
