Would the Secret Service be investigating if there was banking fraud by Casey, credit card fraud by Casey or GA, and would they also be checking out GA's story that he gave to LE about the Nigerian email scam where he lost a lot of money? Would they also check to see if GA was internet gambling on offshore (outside of the U.S.) websites?

I can see the part about bank and credit card fraud committed by Casey but I don't see the relevance of GA's activities to the murder trial, even if they were investigating him.

Just saw NG. Once again, no bombshell pictures, just the same old pictures that were here on Websleuths back at the beginning of the case. The pictures are very obviously either work or an audition for work, not random partying. The girls are providing entertainment. It is a form of entertainment which is so commonplace in most places now that it's not even just for guys anymore, groups of young people, guys and girls, often go to strip bars and see lap dances and everything. At least it is very commonplace in Tampa and Orlando.

That's what the girls were doing in these pictures, including KC. They were doing a kind of "lingerie show" (as it is often called), which sometimes but not always may include a certain amount of lapdancing and/or even stripping. Usually it's either in a strip bar or at a private party for a guy's birthday or stag party, etc. At this particular party, (when you see all the pictures) it appeared that the girls were not stripping but were doing lapdances and suggestive softcore girl-on-girl poses for the guys to photograph. It appeared to either be someone's birthday party or something, or else maybe a kind of audition for a slot as a party entertainer or "lingerie model".

How Nancy G and the other people on her show can watch this and think it's just free "partying" cracks me up. Like the girls would put on this ridiculous show putting on these kind of poses and lapdancing and everything for themselves. Of course on the NG show they cropped almost all of the guys out of the pictures, making it look like it was just KC at some party making out with one of her female friends. Actually it looked like there were probably 15 or more girls there, there were a lot of them. Some of them would be doing poses and lapdances while others took a break and were just sitting and talking.

Once again, NG went on and on about how this "out of control partying" somehow indicated Casey's neglect of Caylee. Do NG and crew honestly think that being a lingerie model, party hostess in this type of work, or even a stripper for that matter, makes someone more likely to be a murderer? It has absolutely nothing to do with it. Hundreds of young women do this sort of work in Orlando and Tampa. These particular pictures were from back in 2006 if I recall correctly. Just like last week when the NG show continually showed the pictures from KC's 21st birthday in 2007 and kept saying they showed KC doing a "dance of joy after having murdered her child." Unbelievable.

That is interesting, and sounds very likely. The pictures they released last time show Casey with much shorter hair, so it was awhile before Caylee went missing. And most of it does not go to prove she murdered her child... it just shows she was having a good time. Plus they will never be able to prove that Caylee was drugged in the trunk at the time any of these pictures were taken.
IMO, if she had been regularly drugging Caylee while she was partying from the time the child was a year old... Caylee would have been dead long before she actually was.
I think I even heard one lawyer say that the prosecution has been playing games, and it might come back to bite them.

I am not understanding the Secret Service thing either, and on the show they said they might have offered assistance in doing the work on the cell phones... a financial crime sounds more plausible to me.

I respectfully disagree and think that these are KC and friends 'partying' to the Nth degree however, I don't know what's worse --- the thought that these are KC partying or the thought that KC is getting paid for lap dancing or stripping as 'work'!!!!!

I do concede that these are old photos but they do go to character AND when taken in context of those that were taken at Fusian AFTER Caylee went missing are very problematic in that KC's demeanor did not change one iota and --- where was Caylee since there was no Nanny?

I also concede that NG is using these and video clips in a methodical way to paint KC in the worst way and make her look more guilty. It can backfire in that it distracts from the good real evidence and .... it can make the jury pool more skeptical. I say, stop bashing KC she did enough to bash herself and ensure her own fate.

This doesn't appear to be in a public place like a bar or club. It looks like a private home or apartment that's sparsely furnished or furniture cleared to make room for the party. It doesn't look like any sort of "work." It's a costume party, where both male and females are dressed in costume. There's one guy dressed in a toga or something like that. There's drinking, and in one picture it looks like some couples paired off and are sitting against a wall.

Go to the forum and look at the thread on the Halloween party - that's where the pictures are, and as far as I know, they're new to WS.

The point is, that NG kept asking, is where was Caylee in all this? Casey should have been caring for her child, but she sure spends a lot of time partying.

I think I'm getting OLD ! I remember, very distinctly being 22, and those kind of parties were not part of my life, I would remember that. Leila, the ones shown on NG were old ones (KC in the "casino" costume, Stephanie in the black fishnet kind of thing, etc) that were discussed and viewed a lot here at WS early in the case. I'll go look to see if new ones were also released. I have seen lots of risque photos from the various Lake Vaj parties, where KC's in underwear pulling down Sean and Jon's pants for example, and they don't even care or notice because this kind of thing was so commonplace at their parties.

I always thought one of the emails or texts was interesting later when KC was managing the shot girls for Tony at Fusian, she was saying to one of her old friends to please come out to Fusian and to tell Sean he ought to bring some of the girls.


P.S. Oh, sorry Leila! What was I saying, I forgot, I got so disgusted at the NG show I switched it off and at the point I switched off they had only shown the pictures from the party with the "cards" costume.

Exactly! And if Casey didn't want to give Caylee up for adoption, she should have put her as a first priority, and what I'm thinking is what if Caylee had lived, gotten older, and seen these photos? Sorry, but it's just my opinion that what she was doing was wrong. There's a big difference between what was going on at this 'party' and just going out occasionally for 'normal' fun, like a movie or dinner. MOO

I just used to live there. There are lots of strip bars, party districts, etc. There is also a lot of nudity/flashing and the kind of behavior you see in these photos just in the many street parties. What I see in the party pics where KC is in the "cards" costume is that these girls were auditioning at or working this party. This was not random partying. At a regular party, guys don't have the girls line up in erotic girl-on-girl poses to take turns photographing them.

Look in your own newspaper where you live, surely there are want ads for "lingerie modeling", "male entertainment clubs" etc, right? Doesn't it exist everywhere? There are all kinds and degrees of hostessing/modeling/party entertainment/lapdancing/stripping etc, sometimes no stripping is involved. In the pictures from the party where Casey was in the "cards" costume, it looks quite tame, the girls were not even stripping. They were only doing suggestive poses for the guys to photograph.

I have to agree with you, Searchfortruth. I was in college in the '80s, okay I am a bit old I guess, but there were only one or two people who got carried away and explicit in public at frat parties for example. Back then it was still pretty embarrassing for a girl who got drunk enough and went too far in public at a party.

But for many girls with no financial means, in areas where a large "male entertainment" industry exists, many young women simply do stripping or even tamer lingerie modeling in clubs or at parties, clothed lapdancing, etc, or be a "shot girl" in a club or whatever, letting guys drink shots or jello shots off their tummies or whatever, as a means of employment. Sometimes it's to make money for school, or sometimes it's to support themselves. It's always been around but now it's much more mainstream and public than it was in my time. You get the idea when you link to a lot of the female "friends" on the myspace pages of some of Casey's male friends. There are so many myspace pages out there about "modeling", let's get together and model, let's get together for a photo shoot, etc.

Of course the Florida universities are very well known as the #1 party schools in the U.S., there is very much a partying scene in Florida among a large number of young people. The Florida climate also makes lots of street parties and stuff possible, wherever there are clubs, the streets are full of young people cruising from one club to the next. These areas are full of strip bars, restaurants, and tattoo places, and a whole lot of young people go to all of them. In Orlando, you have the added influence of the tourism. It's literally one of the playgrounds of the world.

When I see the party photos I have to admit I'm not that shocked, having lived in Tampa, and because these young people were just born in the '80s, they actually grew up in the 90's with "reality" TV and everything else going on, totally open sexuality to a degree we didn't even consider, practically sex in public, going on right on TV, you know? It's a different world for this generation. Not all young people but a lot of them, I think especially in some geographical regions. Casey's crowd were right at the age for this kind of thing, I imagine most of them will outgrow it Not only the sexuality but the drug use seems to be a bit more reckless than in our time. Guys and girls just knocking themselves out at parties doing inhalants, etc, kind of the rave kind of culture, as in the pictures from the Mike L guy's entertainment venue, what was it called, 16 Acres?

Though I suspect we are around the same age, I think it has more to do with how you party.. and the kinds of people you choose to surround yourself with, ya know? The way Casey is partying is nothing new, trust me LOL.
